If you are from the United States do not purchase any products from this seller. They sold me a printer that was described as new… that was out of warranty and not from the United States. So when the printer stopped working properly after a month…. I contacted Epson who told me that the printer was not from the USA…. And that they would not service the printer. I purchased this printer on Amazon US and there was nothing in the description saying it was foreign. After contacting the seller and not receiving a response, I contacted Amazon who pretty much blew me off. I’m letting you know now. Do not purchase expensive equipment from 3rd party sellers. I just threw over 1k away on this purchase. Purchase directly from the company.

print quality was very good, but the miss feeds and paper jams were too much for me.

Epson went cheap on the plastic digital interface on this printer. It is nearly impossible to use. Given that iPhones and other smart phones have smart glass that works without a hitch, it's astonishing that Epson can't get this basic feature of the printer right. It takes 30 minutes to try and maneuver through the screens using their cheap crappy "dumb" "glass" interface. It took me 25 minutes just trying to peck on their cheap screens to do a firmware update. Virtually unusable piece of garbage. Please don't waste your money on this.

BEWARE THIS PRINTER. THOUGH IT PRODUCES GOOD AT HOME RESULTS AFTER SOME TRIAL AND ERROR, THE COST OF MAKING THESE LITTLE PRINTS IS ENORMOUS. YOU WILL GO BANKRUPT OVER THE COST OF INKS WHICH NEED REPLACING ALL THE TIME. THEN THERE’S THE MAINTENANCE BOX. SOME SAY IT GOES ON FOREVER4, NO, IT DOES NOT. THEN, WHEN YOU INSTALL A NEW ONE, YOU HAVE TO HOLD YOUR BREATH AND PRAY IT DOESN’T USE UP ALL THE INK. BAD! WHEN WILL THESE COMPANIES EVER CREATE A PRINTER THAT ACTUALLY WORKS AND DOES A GOOD JOB? 2 STARS, AND THAT’S A GIFT.
