I love Delta faucets. Unfortunately I did not use them in my bathroom 2 years ago when I renovated my house. I decided to tackle the project so I removed part of my bathroom wall and purchased 2 Delta rough in valves and 2 wall mount Delta faucets. I finally tried to install them yesterday and the cartridges were not included in my rough in valves even though it clearly shows them in the photo. So now I try to get product support and the wait time is 1 hour. I read several reviews and have heard that the incorrect cartridge was sent, or not sent at all. I have never purchased a rough in valve and faucet where the cartridge was not included. It pretty disappointing, was hoping to finish this before Christmas and now I cannot even get ahold of any support. So now, I will just have to purchase it, since I already have the deck mounted. But I will never again purchase Delta equipment unless I get a call from their support and they fix it.
