Much needed replacement for OEM speakers.
They are very good for the price, the sound quality is good and the bass is also pretty decent. The speakers also feel like they're made out of good materials. They fit alright in my 2007 Peugeot 207 sport after I had cut the mount points down which the old OEM ones used. They also work very well with my pioneer mvh-s420bt head unit, and we're easy to screw in once I had lined it up and connected the wiring adapters. They are much better than the old ones Peugeot fit from the factory which had not held up very well over the last 18 years, they were literally falling apart.

Excellent Speakers
I bought these speakers for use in a full size arcade machine I am building at the moment. I know JVC is no longer the amazing brand it was years ago and is now a more budget brand but I thought the quality should still be fairly decent compared to no brand speakers and I am pleased to report I was right.I had read other people's reviews complaining that these were not very loud in their car.... I can confirm if they are hooked up to a powerful enough amp these are plenty loud and will easily please anyone especially in a confined cabin of a car / van. The problem I think the others probably had is their stereo / amp just doesn't put out enough power to get the best from these speakers.I personally used a little 50w credit card sized amp and in my large garage I personally couldn't give the speakers the full power due to how loud they were so that's the loudness / power of the speakers covered.Build quality they seem to be pretty good and with covers they should easily outlive the vehicle you are planning on putting these in.Quality of sound was actually very good to my ear with my trying mp3s and Youtube from my phone via my amp and into the speakers... mostly a mix of funky house and techno (reliving my raver days) but also some Elvis and the Beatles and all sounded really rather good... not to extend of a Bose or hifi separates system of course but for your car even a nice car these will most definitely please most people (again assuming your car's stereo and or amp can deliver sufficient power)So in regards to value for money it's definitely a thumbs up from me.Overall for a cheap(ish) set of JVC speakers that deliver impressive volume and sound in an all in one package (woofer, tweeter etc) these are a excellent buy and will be buying again (I am hoping to build more than one arcade machine)

A value for money speaker
They are ok, i fitted them in the rear of a 2008 golf plus, they are ok but! I fitted 4” speakers in the back of my polo and they where twice as good and half the size from JVC, however, because it was a two door we packed behind the speaker with water resistant sponge and it made a huge difference, these speakers are indeed an upgrade to original speakers and in a two door car will be fine as rear speakers but, although i cant complain I would suggest spending an extra £20 to buy a better speaker as the true fidelity gets a bit lost by miss management of speaker position in cars, im not a sub bass in the boot fan but. These are crap, the sound matches the price, they are just ok, you will buy them and think Hmmm yeah nice sound..... until youre on the motorway, then they’re a bit crap, then you realise you need to line the car with sound proofingPros: cheap and nice sound for around townCons: should have spent the extra for the trouble of fitting them: drowned out significantly by tyre noise on the motorway

Fantastic Upgrade for My Toyota Aygo!
These replacement mini speakers are a game-changer for my Toyota Aygo! The sound quality is incredible—clear highs, punchy mids, and surprisingly solid bass for their size. They’ve completely transformed my in-car audio experience.Installation was straightforward and took only a short time. The speakers fit perfectly in the Aygo’s existing slots, so no extra modifications were needed. They’re also durable and feel like they’ll last for years. If you’re looking to upgrade your car’s sound system without breaking the bank, these speakers are an excellent choice. Highly recommend them to anyone who loves great audio while driving!

Pretty disappointing
Bought to replace the single driver speakers in the back of my Honda. Pretty disappointing to be honest. Yes, they are cheap, but they sound it. Barely an upgrade over the original factory speakers. Lacking any sort of bass and very flat sounding. If I had to buy over again I'd spend a few quid more on something else. 3 stars because they are dirt cheap.

Need to purchase brackets to fit older cars
Working fine but if your fitting it to a Honda accord or anything Honda ish related it will not fit without getting a fitting bracket and cable adaptors to go along with it.
