Philips Avent Comfort Twin Electric Breast Pump - SCF334/02

Great product and great price. Saved me when I came out of hospital as baby wouldn't latch at first, probably due to us being separated at birth due to an operation. Easy to use and I expressed enough to freeze too. He is now latched properly but this machine is great for easing the pressure off and giving the other half a go. The first one lost pressure on one side and amazon replaced it next day. Unfortunately I lost some on the pieces in the caos of motherhood and was unable to return the original item. I had to buy both. On the plus side I purchased the item at £149.99 which is well worth the single unit that's still working. Great service. Great product

This is brilliant esp for the price compared to medela freestyle. I had that pump and when I compare this pump it produces around the same output. You have to do a little bit more longer and combine with hand pumping but that’s fine considering I can get two pumps for the same price.Also I have to say this is way more comfortable compared to medela freestyle the cusion pads help. I was in agony with the freestyle. I have been using this machine for exclusive pumping so far so good.

Great when it works, but disappointingly unreliable for the price you pay. Having used the product for 4 months, I am pleased with the comfort level and milk production, although agreeing with other reviews that it is loud, HOWEVER I am on my second replacement, with each model failing within 1.5 - 2 months of arrival. The model starts making the loud clicking sounds out of normal pumping sequence then switches itself off within a few seconds of this. Usually (thankfully) you can restart immediately after, but sometimes this can occur many times within a single pumping session and be very annoying. Worried me that it would just die and not restart. Amazon have been fantastic with the returns, so at least if you get unlucky like me you can get the replacement issued first then return the faulty product on receipt of that.

Easy to use, a bit fiddly to clean and sterilise but worth it to have a stockpile of milk for nursery or having your pink slip signed allowing you a night out.bit noisy but then again it is a pump!don't think that this will fully empty you, baby will still be able to get a feed if you have pumped and baby calls out for you.happy with the product - i also recommend the Avent breastmilk bags for freezing your milk too....

An expensive breast pump but great for my wife to use for our twins. Much improved from the previous avent electric pump we had 5 years ago where the electric motor was attached to the pump, now it's a separate unit. Still an issue of not having enough hands when double expressing but it's manageable! The motor is quite noisy but all breast pumps seem to be. There are different settings/levels of suction but she's kept it on the default setting as the others were a little too powerful. It also comes with a carry bag to store it in which is nice. Seems a pretty robust product which is easy to use.

I bought this double pump after seeing the single pump at the Phillips stand at the Baby Show in Excel. I had been using a borrowed Medela Swing single electric for 3 months and committed to buying a double as I want to express after returning to work and a single pump is slower.Amazon delivered and yes, it does reduce expressing time but it is so loud that I thought it must be faulty.I contacted Philps Customer Support who listened to to on the phone and agreed it seemed too loud and suggested I reassemble it while wet to reduce silicone rubbing. It seemed an odd suggestion. Surely If it needed lubrication the designers should have made it with that in mind. And this suggestion did not work.Philips then said they would call back to check. And didn't. When I then called them again, they said they were a "call in" centre , not a "call out" centre and any follow up would have been a gesture of goodwill, even thought Sasha the original advisor promised. I asked to a manager who after much discussion, agreed to send me another pump to try.This was unfortunately equally loud but with a plasticky rub rather than a metallic click and had variable suction seal. And their advertising an how you can sit in any position seems far fetched as you are holding all the components so tight your fingers go white so you dont lose the seal.The noise wakes my baby up from 2 rooms away with all doors closed. As such I felt it was not fit for my purpose and is really distressing as any other expressing Mums out there know.It is a new product so perhaps there are teething problems and I have reported it to Philips but on maternity pay, £200+ product is a huge amount to spend and this sending forwards and back etc is so tiring.I wish I had stuck to Medela and bought their double pump.

This pump is amazing. It is neat and compact and yet so efficient . The flanges have padded inserts which really helps to stimulate milk as it pumps. I returned two medela pumps and bought this instead and have never looked back. I pump full time and strongly believe that I am able to maintain my supply due to this superb pump. It really is true what Avent say - you can lean back ans relax whilst pumping. Would recommend this pump every time!

Would not recommend the double pump for large breasted mothers as it's difficult to hold both hand sets at the same time. Otherwise a purchase I would recommend for any new mum who plans on breast feeding or mixed feeding.

Ich bin absolut zufrieden! Leider klappt es bei uns mit dem stillen nicht, so entschied ich abzupumpen und hab mir die Pumpe von Phillips bestellt.Sie war super pünktlich da.Zur Pumpe gibts zwei Fläschchen, stilleinlagen und eine Tragetasche dazu.Die Pumpe funktioniert einwandfrei und wie gesagt, ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Teil.Ich habe diese Pumpe gekauft, weil wir bereits eine handpumpe und mehrere einzelne Fläschchen von Phillips haben. Diese sind nämlich mit der Pumpe kompatibel.Ich würde mich immer wieder für diese Pumpe entscheiden, wenn ich müsste :)

Il tiralatte funziona bene ma doppio è molto scomodo, risulta pesante e ho trovato difficoltoso gestire i tasti. Purtroppo le coppe sono molto larghe, usando la copertura in silicone non avevo suzione e non usandola mi risucchiava parte del seno oltre al capezzolo rendendo l'operazione inefficace. Ho dovuto fare il reso e passare ad altra marca che ha le coppe di diverse misure. Peccato perché il motore è potente, forse troppo rumoroso.

Die Pumpe kommt sehr hochwertig verpackt an. Die Tasche ist sehr praktisch weil man wirklich alles dabei hat wenn man mal wo anders als Zuhause abpumpen will.Zur Pumpe selber: ich empfinde die Lautstärke als überhaupt nicht störend. Man kann hier noch gut nebenbei Fernseh schauen und muss den Fernseher nicht lauter schalten.Mit der Pumpleistung selbst bin ich auch vollkommen zufrieden und die Silikoneinlagen sind sehr angenehm.Würde die Pumpe auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen. Preis/Leistung passt meiner Meinung nach auch.

Ottimo compromesso. Riesco a tirare il latte in 20 minuti circa svuotando bene il seno. Prima usavo quello singolo dell'avent sempre buono ma dovendo fare un seno alla volta i tempi erano lunghi. La differenza tra i due è che nel singolo ci sono 3 programmi già impostati invece nel doppio puoi deciderlo tu.

Wenn man andere Brustpumpen kennt, ist die von Philips leider nicht gut. Man ist damit nicht mobil -kann also keine Batterien statt des Netzteils einsetzen und man kann weder den Zyklus noch das Vakuum regeln. Die 3 Stufen sind gerade bei Frauen,die mit zu wenig Milch zu kämpfen haben, nicht ausreichend. Außerdem dachte ich mir,dass der Brustteil komplett weich wäre,ist aber leider nur ein Silikonpad über einem harten Aufsatz. War sehr enttäuscht.
