Joseph Joseph 85054 C-Pump Soap Dispenser - Grey/Grey , 8.5 cm

Been using the dispenser for a week now and have to say I love it. Positives are, aesthetically is beautiful and the unique selling-point of operating it with the back of the hand works effortlessly and perfectly. Some people say it doesn't dispense enough soap and that if the soap is too thick it struggles. I have not found this to be the case. Not so much negatives but improvements if there was a second iteration of this product. The whole thing needs to be weighted better. It doesn't move a lot but with a bit more weight in the base it would feel much sturdier and alleviate any movement at all. The anti slip rubber is a nice touch but you will find that once the area around it gets wet it will move anyway.All in all, buy it if you like the look of it and have the money. I am extremely happy with it and gave it 5 out of 5 because the other suggestions are not problems.

This is so great for quick and easy cleanse of hands when cooking. I previously had several with the normal pump that you have to press on the top, resulting in having to touch them more spreading bacteria. In addition, they always fell over when the dispenser became c. half full. The Joseph Joseph dispenser is quite fun to use (awkward...), making me typical home chef, feeling professional (and a bit like I work in a surgery). I have not experienced it falling over yet, but there is still lots of soap within it. It is easy to use as the push down thingy is not too hard, and the amount of soap coming out is just right. I wish however, that I had bought the green and white one as the limescale is quite apparent on the grey version.

Eventually got this dispenser to work but don’t know how!! Filled it and tried everything to get it to work to no avail. I left it for a while ( a good hour) and then decided to remove contents and get it ready for a return. Thought I would have one last go to see if it would work and hey presto! it worked.Don’t know whether there’s a faulty batch, I was on the verge of returning the product.It was frustrating not being able to get it to work especially as it is so simple to operate.Sturdy and stylish

Another clever bit of design from JJ. Not only does it look intriguing but it works superbly for one-handed dispensing!Looking at other reviews, the only negatives I can see might either because of faulty examples or, more likely, are due to trying to use very thick viscous liquid soap. With thin soap, it dispenses very easily with a tiny pressure on the pad, and there would certainly be no need to grasp the bottle, which someone commented got very dirty.Pricey but worth it!

I love this product arrived very quickly and well packed,its so easy to use no messy soap spillage you just undo the top bit to refill with your favorite soap underneath the soap dispenser there is a small sticky pad which is useful to stick on your sink the colour goes lovely with my tiles a very modern soap dispenser.

I love Joseph Joseph products and have had much success with them. So I thought that this will be great to complement the other sink stuff I have. But this is awful. It is not easy to press with the back of the hand (it looks great!) especially if away fro the near edge of the counter. Also the pump gets stuck and you need to pull it up to pump again. I'm getting rid of it.

This is an elegant design and appears to be a quality product, but it has serious flaws. Although the plunger seems to lock securely into place in practice it keeps coming undone. It takes four our five pumps to get a small amount of soap and it only likes very thin soap. Also it is not easy to use one handed, which was the whole point of it in the first place. Disappointing.

Brilliant soap dispenser. Ive had many dispensers over the years, but this is sturdy and well made, doesnt wobble or topple when using, doesnt slip on the work surface. I like that you can use the back of your hand, much more hygienic. The opening is wide & easy to fill and the top just pops back on. It did take a while to get the pump to work, we had to pump water through it first, then the soap came through, bit strange, but glad we tried that otherwise i would have assumed faulty and returned. Seems pricey but worth it! Would buy this again for the bathroom and highly recommend!
