Hi i was just wondering if anyone has used rose water to help reduce under eye puffiness please & if so should it be applied to damp cotton wool first

i use it as a skin toner; regarding the puffy-eyes suggest cucumber, cut thinly lay over eye or try a couple of cold used tea-bags... lay down relax and enjoy! i buy a load of this rosewater as it's 100% pure, smells delicious and has multiple purposes; buy and try;

Nope. You don't have to dilute it or dampen the cotton wool pad before applying it to you face, it's very gentle and soothing :). If you like, you could put it in a spray bottle and spritz it on your face and use it that way (that's what I've been doing). You could also add vitamin E oil and/or a couple of drops of some essential oils that work for your skin (e.g. Tea tree, lavender, do your research!), or you could do a 1:1 ratio of witch hazel and rose water.
