Arcade Classics Frogger Mini Game

This thing looks so cool on my shelf. I've never owned a mini reproduction like this. Obviously they can't duplicate an 80's arcade machine 100%. At this size you need to be able to play it so the controls are bigger. Instead of coin slots you get the two buttons on the front. The marquee at the top isn't backlit. It still takes me back to my childhood surfing the machines at the old arcade. You can even leave it on & it will scroll through the different screens just like the old arcade cabinet did. I was happy to see they used an actual LCD screen! I don't know a lot about these small screens but this was great. It allows for more details in the image. I played it & had my 10 minutes of fun. My kids did too. Whether or not we play it often I still think this is really cool to have & display. I'm not going to keep it in the box like others seem to do. I don't care about re-sell value or anything.

I never played Frogger on a full size machine when it first came out, but I'm thoroughly enjoying this miniature version. I also purchased Q-bert, made by the same manufacturer and am enjoying the heck out of that one, too. Both are performing well and graphics are good. They seem to be well made.

I gave this as a gift to my neighbor's 6 year old son and he cannot put it down.He says it's "way better" than my tablet games.

The game appears to be the original Frogger arcade game and not a console or other version which is good but the screen causes eye strain and the joystick is adequate but not great.So if they update this with a better screen (higher resolution or whatever it takes to eliminate eye strain), and a better joystick then it would be 5 stars.

Bought two, no complaints..just like the arcade game pretty much

Fun game

My son wanted this for his 11 birthday. He has many mini arcades and enjoys playing the Frogger. He found it on YouTube and enjoyed the strategy. Delivery was quick and the product is sturdy.
