I have purchased this from various sellers. Only once it didn’t arrive but I was refunded quickly.Helps me with joint pain and sleep. I will buy again.

I bought this to help fight inflammation and lower back pain. Not sure it’s helped with that but it definitely helps with my sleep and, being premenopausal, any help with sleep is greatfuly welcomed. If I run out of juice, I can definitely see the difference in my quality of sleep. I was drinking 1 glass in the morning and 1 glass in the evening but I found it was making me sleepy during the day so now, I just have 1 large glass (juice plus water..... like a cordial) before bed and it knocks me out. I like the tase so I enjoy drinking it. Also, I find it quite filling so, if you get to the point in the evening where you’re a bit peckish but you don’t want to give in to stuffing your face, have a large glass of this and it will take the edge off your hunger.

I purchased this Cherry Active juice after almost choking to death on a very large tablet supposedly to help with Gout. Rather have Gout than that phew!I have had attacks of Gout now for quite a few years and have found the attacks had become more and more frequent. People with Gout will understand how painful and debilitating an attack is, and how non sufferers laugh it off, old wives tales and all that rot.I have tried lots of tablets, different diet tips, prescription medication etc.The attacks were still severe and becoming more frequent.I had tried juice drinks before of one sort or other which did no good at all but I thought I would try this one based on previous reviews. Yes - some good some bad, but everyone is different and Gout is not as straight forward as lots of people may think.I have taken this juice every day in a glass of water as recommended, watched my diet for the trigger foods, and have been attack free this last month.I have just received my second bottle, so fingers crossed.

This is one of those products that will work for some people, while others will claim it does nothing at all for them. However the basic science and the fact that so many people use this and find benefits suggest that if you haven't tried it you should at least give it a go.My reasons for trying CherryActive mainly revolved around being a regular long distance runner. I found myself running long distances and feeling full of energy and not remotely out of breath, but finding that muscle soreness was really hampering me. I could run regularly and built up a very good level of fitness, but my legs just couldn't cope. I stumbled across CherryActive because I'd seen someone write that the British Cycling team had been using it. Given their level of success in the Olympics and Tour de France and knowing about Dave Brailsford's quest to find tiny performance improvements in all areas, I thought that there must be something in it.Montmorency cherries are very tart, so you need to dilute the concentrate. The recommended amount to use is 30ml per serving, so you get around 31 servings per bottle. If you think about it, buying sports drinks (which a lot of people think have very limited effectiveness depending on your circumstances) would cost roughly the same for 31 bottles. I would say that you're obviously not going to experience miraculous effects straight away when you begin taking this. I didn't change anything else in my routine or diet when I started using CherryActive so that it would be easier for me to work out if it was beneficial or not. I was running 5 times per week as I was before, and having one 30ml diluted serving of CherryActive before going to bed. Within two weeks I could noticeably feel less soreness before, during and after running. It's hard to quantify the benefit but there was certainly a difference.A few other things to note:- Due to their melatonin content, cherries are known to aid sleep. Montmorency cherries are particularly high in melatonin, so I made sure to consume CherryActive in the evening shortly before going to bed to get the added benefit. Indeed, I am sure that if you're struggling to sleep that is reason alone to buy this.- I did try to find out if I could buy whole Montmorency cherries anywhere, but apparently they are grown mostly in North America and aren't available at any of the supermarkets or grocers I have visited in the UK. One 946ml bottle of Cherry Active contains the juice from over 2900 cherries, so you'd need to eat a lot of them to get the same effect anyway.- If you are buying this to ease muscle soreness, you benefit from the extremely highly anti-inflammatory properties of the cherries. Clearly there are lot of other foods that have this property, such as almonds, turmeric, oily fish, berries, ginger, garlic and many more. Eating lots of these foods is going to benefit you, as well as avoiding sugars, processed foods and others that are inflammatory.- Montmorency cherries are also a good antioxidant, which helps prevent cancers, heart disease and arthritis among other things. Again this is a positive benefit of CherryActive, but there are of course many other foods with this property.- The best before date was roughly 10 months away when I purchased.Details from the label on the bottle:Ingredients: 100% concentrated Montmorency cherry juice. I bought a small bottle from the local shop and found I really just like the taste. Yes it's expensive but hell I had a craving for cherries! lol I have the distinct impression I slept better after but as I read the reviews it might be psychosomatic! I don't care though I love it. To my palette it is sweet not sour, I'd like it even more sour. I like the fact that this has no preservatives unlike some versions from other manufacturers.So for me, flavour wise I really like it and I like that it has no preservatives.Anyhoo when I finished the small bottle I decided to get a bigger bottle from Amazon...Same stuff... but sadly the bottle leaked badly. I don't know whether the top is supposed to be properly sealed but if so then the seal was broken and whoever packaged it knew that because they wrapped it in a plastic bag taped shut to contain the leak, so I received a bag full of juice outside the bottle.Amazon dealt with it perfectly, no complaints there...but it shouldn't be like that, I don't know whether it's the supplier's fault or the manufacturer's, but someone needs to sort the sealing of the bottle out.I have ordered another (preservative-free) brand to see if it's better sealed. I hope the flavour is as good!

Bottle had a small crack in it, and the delivery driver just dropped the package by my front door and didn't even knock.
