Bigjigs Toys Table Top Puppet Theatre, Wooden Toys for Kids Age 3+

Bought for our great granddaugter who is 3 , She has a lot of the puppet company finger puppets also from Amazon she loves them , Well made and a great buy .

This is really nicely made, colourful and sturdy. It is very quick and easy to assemble and to put down when you have finished with it. It packs neatly back in the box so doesn’t take up much room. My three year old loves it and we had great fun putting on puppet shows on Christmas Day. Everyone joined in. We lay on the floor, but you could put it on a table easily and then crouch behind it so that you can’t be seen. I bought the BigJigs Royal puppets set to go with it, which are lovely too, but you could use any finger or hand puppets. What I really like is that there’s no plastic in sight. It’s all wood and material.

We got this as a shared Christmas present for our two boys. They absolutely love putting on a show together or for each other with their puppets. It's very easy to put together as it all just slots together, my husband was thrilled there was no screwdriver required on Christmas Day!! It holds together well, and appears to be durable enough at the moment. Obviously it does come apart relatively easily so you need to take care moving it, although this does make storing it very easy and space saving! It is a good size, my boys are 6 and 3 and can fit behind it together easily to put on their puppet show. Overall it was excellent value for money for the product we received.

This is a quality product, very easy to assemble, no tools needed. I put it together with my 6 year old granddaughter, but I am sure she could have done it herself. It was an instant hit and she immediately created a little play for the younger children in the family. We used hand puppets, which worked well, but it would also work with finger puppets. You could use puppets on sticks which allows for quicker changes. It has a chalkboard to write on the time the show starts! It can be packed away into the box it came in and there is a carrying handle which allows for easier transporting.The only slight point is that the curtains have to be tucked into loops at the side of the stage, which takes a few seconds when the audience are waiting.Good price for the quality. Terrific quality wood, easy to assemble with no tools, surprisingly sturdy. The size is perfect - can use both finger puppets and the regular size hand puppets. And it was a good decision to buy the table top: we can put it on top of anything to make it higher or lower, or even use it on the floor and lie down around it. With one on legs you can't do this, as you're stuck with a certain height, and you have to adjust yourself around it. The idea of theatre as a gift for our 3-yr old was great - she loves playing with it and her puppet toys, it's so much fun (even for adults!), and develops creativity and language skills. I'm a very happy with this purchase, and I highly recommend this product.

This is a nice puppet theatre, easy to assemble but there's no way to tighten the joints and it falls apart at the slightest touch. I'm going to have to add some screws to keep it together which is extra effort I didnt want.

Utterly amazing ! I bought it for my year 1 classroom to be used as part of a guided reading carousel. The kids love it ! It's sturdy enough that they can put it up and pack it up independently. Their imaginations can run wild! I will admit I was a bit apprehensive because of the price but now I have it it is full value for money. Buy buy buy !

This toy was very well made and will last a life time. Its so easy to put together my 4 year old grandson is able to put it together with little help. It makes a lovely change to buy something that looks and feels it last.
