I have been using this for some time now and my hamster seems to like it. I use it in conjunction with a sawdust pack - this is used as a base for his bed with shredded paper added for bulk and warmth. The sawdust covers the rest of his floor. He seems to like this arrangement. It smells pleasant and does him no harm.

I use this product all the time. It works very well. But I found that it is quite costly if you have a large cage and have to cover all the floor with it . I have two potties now which works out much better.

My hamster love this product but me not so much due to the fact of sensitive skin and every time I want to handle my hamster or clean out its cage I end up with sore, itchy read hand, definitely not a reaction to my hamster because it only started when I bought this product but still way better and saver for my little friend after some wood chips got stuck in its feet so might try a different products that care fresh have to offer

I use this for my rats litter tray, it's not dusty so it doesn't make them sneeze and it seems to stop smells a lot better than some other brands I've tried.It's not heavy and seems to last a long time too.

Used for our 2 guinea pigs, I have used a similar brand and decided to try this as it was a bit cheaper. Definitely prefer the other brand as it kept our pigs smelling fresher for a bit longer, it also seemed to fill the cage more.

Our rather large Syrian hamster has an allergy to sawdust and over cleans himself. This is perfect. Hasn't been irritating him at all and he loves to bury himself in it. A little goes a long way.

Terrible price if you're buying it for 2 guinea pigs in an RSPCA recommended size cage. Be ok for a little hamster bed.
