Good size coop
Beautiful coop. Lovely and roomy. I added a waterproof roof with some sheets from Wickes, the nesting box is a good size and has two perches, just added a waterproof sheet over the egg box, it is so easy to clean, added a rubber sheet on bottom just pull it out and clean, we added a box underneath because we have silkies and they can't get wet. A rod inside to hang feeders on. A very nice coop.

Great Coop if You Just Need a Coop!
If you're handy and looking for a good base to start a coop, this is a great buy. Between my husband and myself we have lots of experience with different projects and woodworking. However, buying all the wood where we live was really expensive, whereas this coop was a decent price. This coop may not last for decades, but it is a great coop for beginners, small yards, renters, etc.First, delivery went well. The first part of the coop arrived far earlier than estimated. The second part of the coop was misplaced in shipping, but the seller was quick to address the issue and was proactive about contacting me each step of the way. The second part arrived the next business day, boxes were in good condition, and all the pieces were there. As for the pieces, some of them are a bit flimsy feeling. They aren't what I would choose if I was building a coop I wanted to have last for years and years. However, they are adequate for the task of keeping birds in and predators in my area out. It also seems like it would be easy enough to upgrade or reinforce any areas you did notice trouble with over time. There were a few pieces of split wood, which is where being a handy person helps. For us, the problems were easy to address with some wood glue, staples, or spare wood we had around. There was 1 spare screw for each of the screw sizes, which is reassuring that you won't come up short on screws during the project. The wire feels pretty sturdy, but I'll be checking it often since I know we have foxes around here. I may upgrade the wire at some point to be safe, but I am confident enough it will hold up long enough for me to notice if something has been trying to bust through. This coop can be assembled by 1 person, but having an extra set of hands does make some tasks easier. The main body and pieces either have pegs to hold them in place while you secure them down or slots to hold them in place. The instructions had a few spots that were a little unclear exactly where the piece was supposed to go, but some trial and error solved those issues. The instructions come with a paper that advises you to seal the coop better. I saw some reviews stating their coops had warped, and I think that was the issue. You need to protect it from rain until it is properly sealed up, though I do think it could easily weather a small storm or hazy day or two if you get caught in it.All the seams fit together well. The doors open and close smoothly. It seems easy to modify, maybe make the run bigger or add compartments to the coop, if you're creative.I've included some pictures of the assembly. The first one shows the worst of the split wood. We glued it together and the piece held nicely. Second one shows the main compartment held together by the pegs before being screwed in. Third shows how you can close the coop door from the outside. If you have big fingers putting that together can be tricky! Last one shows our "tester." Had her sniffing around the wires and doors for a bit, getting used to the smells. She's a bit of a gentle giant but if she didn't knock anything loose or break it I'm sure it'll hold up.

You get what you pay for
Looks good snd is relatively easy to assemble for two people. However a couple of the pieces were damaged upon arrival but easily fixed. The whole assembly is not very sturdy however so if you intend moving your birds around this is not the coup for you unless you are able to retrofit some additional stabilising timber. It is however, gorgeous for relatively low price!

Excellent Customer Service
I don't normally leave feedback but on this occasion I've decided to let everyone know what wonderful sellers Cocoon are, something that is not always the case with old orders.I purchased this coop for my 2 beautiful ferrets back in October 2015 to put up this summer as my old hut needed replacing. It is very spacious inside the bed area so I can fill it with plenty of blankets to keep my boys warm. The run is also a nice space but I have attached a tube through the mesh of the run to an extra run to give the boys more room to play outside. When I removed all the parts from the boxes 2 weeks ago, I had a part missing, it was a metal bar that allowed you to open and close the inside door from the outside, this was one of the main reasons for purchasing this hut so I could keep the ferrets in one place while cleaning the run out. It wasn't a part that stopped me putting the hut up so I put the hut up alone very easily within an hour. I emailed Cocoon and within 24hrs had an email back asking for a picture. Obviously as I didn't have the part to start with I couldn't send a picture, instead I sent a picture of the instructions and circled the missing part and where it went on the hut. 3 days later on a Sunday the missing part was delivered. The customer service from Cocoon was amazing, even after I purchased the hut 8 months ago they were ever so helpful and answered all my emails very quickly. They resolved the problem for me without an issue, I have recommended Cocoon to others I know that keep animals.I now have four ferrets in the hut and there is plenty of space for them to play both inside and out.

Great price for a great product
For the price, this is absolutely excellent. The only issues I had/have with it are:1. The instructions seemed to be for a slightly different (or older) model, the run of which fitted together slightly differently2. The ramp is a little too steep (I propped it up with wood, which solved the problem)3. It is a little "flimsy" (e.g. when closing the roof, you have to pull or push the flaps a bit to get it to fit back together)However, these are very small "complaints" when considering the overall product, again especially for the price. It is generally well designed with lots of openings, and both we and our three hens are very happy with it. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering keeping hens for the first time, although I would give the following advice:1. As soon as you've built it, treat the wood with linseed oil or something to weather-proof it. This is important!2. The entire coop - not just the intended roosting bit sticking out at the side - can and will be used by the hens, meaning it can comfortably fit about four of them3. Please don't keep the hens permanently in the run. They need freedom.
