Skechers GOwalk 3 Men's Trainers

I have had these shoes over 2 years and do not wear them a lot but when I went to put them on recently I found some of the round buttons on the sole missing. I contacted Skechers but they cannot supply or replace the buttons, so I will have to purchase a new pair. What a waste !!

I didn’t realise these were coming from the USA and had a big panic because they completely missed the event I’d initially bought them for, but that’s on me, what I’m trying to say is, they’re so good it’s worth waiting for delivery. The seller was good too.The shoes are ridiculously comfortable. I suspect they are actually just portals to a pocket realm of ultimate comfort because nothing made by mortals can be that comfy and lightweight.The style of this older model is better than the newer ones in my opinion. I just wish Skechers would make shoes for us girls with Hobbit feet rather than making us buy plain mens designs but for now, these are good.

Bought these for my hubby who has been listening to me praising their comfort as I have been wearing them myself now for nearly 2 years, he was not sold and didn't really like them until he tried them on after me purchasing them. He was totally shocked at the fit and comfort of these shoes and is so thrilled with them that I think I may have to prise them off his feet, he just loves them. He has always been a "shoe man" loves his Spanish leather purchases when on holidays and buys around 2 pairs of shoes each year. I think I can say without a doubt that he will be wearing Sketchers forever! we walk a lot and especially on holidays so they will be a treat for the feet as they are so light its just like wearing your memory foam mattress on your feet. Well done Sketches and great stuff Amazon, always great sale bargains.

"Skechers GOwalk 3 Men's Trainers - Blue (NVGY), 9.5 UK" is the latest of several trainers from the brand to have been purchased, and the only one in the past two years because previous history with the brand had always led to disappointment with several of their men's and unisex styles. All previous purchases were returned as they were found to be both excessively narrow (especially when compared to other 'standard fit' brands such as Clark's and Cat that have never presented a problem of size or width) and sometimes also under-sized by at least a full size to a size-and-a-half. Personal shoe size is 42/43 (8.5 to 9), subject to brand, and very rarely 44 (or UK 10) in one or two instances where they were stated to be 'small' in size.According to their TV adverts and TV sales channels promotions, Skechers claim their sizing to now be slightly more generous than in the past, especially with their men's products. Individual reviews confuse because some reviewers (on Amazon and elsewhere) claim them to be under- or over-sized but most claim them to be fairly true-to-size - who to believe? With past experience in mind, an extra half-size was selected in the hope and expectation of a better fit and to accommodate socks in cooler weather; it was as unsuccessful as every previous purchase and for the exact same reasons - an excessively narrow fit where access was limited to the toes and nothing beyond, later evidenced by the width of the sole by comparison with another casual shoe. Skechers' sole is about 1cm narrower in places, reducing to about 5mm in others and that is significant!The 'pillar' design on the sole and especially at the midsole area is intended to provide excellent traction on a variety of surfaces and to give excellent comfort. They do not use the memory foam insoles that many of their models employ but use it around the heel for improved fit around the heel although that on this design felt solid and ungiving. The insole uses their patented 'Goga Mat' technology that provides 'bounce' to the step, reduces impact on the foot and reduces the induced tiredness of walking on rough surfaces and over long distances. The shoe is designed to be very flexible and the outer is designed to have a little stretch without being 'elasticated' to provide a better fit. It is both flexible and very light in weight, probably 100gm or less.The uppers are not 'fabric' but are woven from synthetic materials to reduce weight and increase aeration of and around the foot. Consequently, they are not waterproof and are intended for summer wear when touring or walking, as a deck shoe and in similar situations.Skechers' claims for the shoe may be reasonable for those whose feet are unusually narrow. For anyone else, a larger size will add length but little or nothing in width. For those, including myself, the solution is to choose another brand.

Best Skechers shoes they have made.Would be nice if new stock was as comfortable.

I have never bought this brand of footwear before but thought that summer is on the way(possibly) and having seen them in a local shoe shop, where apparently I was invisible as no-one seemed to want to serve me, (and I was the only potential customer) When I got home I fired up the computer, looked on Amazon and there they were and £20 cheaper. I went through the reviews and noted that they came up quite large and so ordered a size 12 as opposed to a 13 and they are a perfect fit, light weight and ideal to wear without socks.

These are the most comfortable shoes i've ever owned. When they are done, I will be buying more.My heels and feel hurt in other shoes from banging on the ground when walking - the support and cushion in these shoes is amazing. THey are also very light.I have one minor complaint and that is that the grips on the bottom do wear down quite a bit, quite quick - but that would not put me off buying them again
