Kusuri Wormer Plus Discus Internal Parasite & Fluke Treatment 5g

Used on my puffer fish without any casualties, also had shrimp and ottocinclus in the tank without any problem during the worming. Only thing I think which died was a couple of snails but a few hardier ones didn't seem bothered.Great product and easily administered.

I used this as I had several Discus showing signs of illness - not eating, hiding, etc. I have treated the tank twice but sadly I continue to have the same problem and have lost fish. In fairness it may not be the right medicine for what is wrong but it certainly hasn't cured my problem. One good point about this for anyone who has the dreaded snail infestation that you get inevitably when you place live plants in your tank; this stuff kills them!

It worked as described and in one dose, conducted a second just to be on the safe side.As stated on the packet it kills snails, but even on low concentrations after a water change still can kill them so be warned, but it wouldn't stop me using it again.

It does kill worms...... I can say that it is probably useful in that function.BUT... my tank has snails to clean the algae, it says on the label that the product will harm them so i removed them to another tank during the treatment... It also states that the product degrades in the system after four days... so after 5 days i put my snails back in and within 24hrs they got very ill and fell for the glass!9 days since they came ill now, i have removed them from the tank once again and have waited and they are not dead, but do not move or eat... I dont know if they will make it :(

Quite strong product use it carefully. On some fish it does not work if fish are very delicate hence the parasites are very resistant.

Worked well on my discus where one was excreting a jelly like poo and not eating. After 4 days much better however I repeated the dose just to be on the safe side. It also seemed to boost the appetites of the discus that I had perceived to be healthy.

This Kusuri Wormer is absolutely brilliant. I had a clown loach which was extremely skinny even though he was eating, tried other anti-parasitic medications with no luck, but one dose of this and within a week he had put on enough weight that you could not tell him apart from his shoal mates. Does not harm your good bacteria in the tank either, but be warned IT WILL KILL ANY SNAILS, SHRIMPS etc.
