Use these bands when I travel and they work great. Recently I hurt my back and they came in handy when I needed a little extra resistance for some body weight exercises when getting back into lifting.

The best purchase ever for easy low low-impact access to exercise. Recommended 100 percent! I'm very happy with it. I use it daily whenever I have a few minutes to spare.In addition, I purchased a small yoga ball to improve my exercise regimen!

The included accessories are also solid — especially the handles and door anchor, which are comfortable and easy to use. Based on other customer reviews, I agree they’re well-made, versatile, and totally worth the price.One thing to note: although my set arrived complete and in perfect condition, it wasn’t packed in an additional Amazon box — the shipping label was placed directly on the product box. Just something to be aware of, but it didn’t bother me.Overall, I’d definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for a convenient and effective way to exercise anywhere, anytime!

Worth the buy ., sturdy and very durable bands plus everything you get with them ! I also bought a bar to help with the workouts !

One of the smaller ones snapped within about a month. Snapping actually made it more useful so in this case, its fine. The thicker ones seem okay

These bands are definitely a good purchase. The variety of bands and resistance is definitely a great addition to any workout. Would definitely recommend.

My old thin-ribbon and tubular resistance bands both snapped, so I was looking for something more heavy-duty to replace them. This set is a great value, and the bands appear to be well made. Still, at the back of my mind I'm wondering when the lighter ones will snap back into my face, but so far, so good.My only gripe is the shape of the lightest two bands, which is a bit squarish with sharp edges. They slightly bite into my hands, making them more likely to slip than the thin ribbon and tubular types. But the set comes with handles if that becomes an issue. It really doesn't bother me enough to rate the product below 5 stars. The heavier bands are so stiff that I don't ever foresee having the strength to use those things. We're talking serious resistance.The door anchor is terrific, and the handles and carabiners are well-made. Glad I went with these. 5 stars.

I hung the band up on the door with the door strap that was included. I hung the rest up on my storage rack. These enable me to hit my arms, legs and back! I use them in warm ups and also as part of my exercise routine!Not all equipment needs to be expensive to be worthwhile!Great addition. Great product. Love the variation in how many bands came with this set as well.
