reasonably priced high quality pastel set
Very nice set of soft pastels at a fantastic price! Good variety of colors including several different shades of greens and blues, important if you want to draw landscapes. Wooden storage box is great for keeping them without having to buy another container. I think even advanced pastel artists would like this set and beginners will definitely get a great start without spending a fortune.

Decent pastels for the price
Decent soft pastels for the price. Not soft and luscious like some professional brands that ooze pigment.They layer decently and are good for line work. Good colour variety.Pastels break and sometimes i break them on purpose :).Using these for mixed media projects. Sealed well with matte medium. Did not loose any of the vibrancy of colour.

Good product for beginners
I like these chalks however the pigment is not very strong and there were chunks missing from the ends of some of the pieces.Overall, they make a fine medium for someone just starting out and learning how to use chalks. They blend very well together.
