Q: Will this remove wheel balance adhesive from alloy wheels?

I'm sorry but I don't know. It removed the graphics from a van with no problems but I didn't try removing wheel balance adhesive. It didn't mark the paintwork at all so it shouldn't do any damage to alloy wheels, so maybe it's worth a try!

Q: Where's the whizzy wheel made

Its like the rubber on the end of a pencil. It works well, although better on a 2-speed polisher.

Q: Will this fit a mbx machine ?

Surely an MBX machine is to remove rust, underseal or paint.The whizzy wheel is far less aggressive and removes vinyl signwriting and decals from vans etc. It;s made of rubber which gradually wears away as you use it (4 hours?). On a white van it leaves yellow stains which have to be machine polished out, otherwise it's quite efficient. Hope this helps.

Q: Would this be ok to use on a boats gel coat finish.

I.m pretty sure it would remove stuck on vinyl lettering from gel coat surface. Trouble with these is that as the rubber wheel 'sacrifices' itself whilst removing the letters it can leave a yellow finish which then has to be lightly polished out. For large letters I still prefer a cautiously used hot air gun and a sharp plastic scraper! Good luck.
