Looks Lovely in my garden , easy to put together and a strong framework.

The swing was surprisingly easy to put together as someone who is not skilled in building things. My partner and I were able to put it together in about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. Everything was really well labeled. Tightening all screws will probably take you the longest out of the whole project.The swing is super comfortable and relaxing once it's all put together. The sunshade is a great bonus too. The side tables are decently sturdy as long as you tighten them and put the little clip/tension rod underneath that holds them in place down.The swing does squeak sometimes, but nothing wd40 can't fix.Overall, 10/10.

There was only one thing I was very disappointed on. When I ordered this, according to the picture. It looked like the hard top which is what I wanted. I thought I was ordering the swing with the Hard Top, not the soft top. Because of the Florida sun. The soft top goes bad really fast. The picture is very deceiving. Or I would of never ordered this swing. Other than that it is very nice and sturdy. I would of loved to have the hard top. Because we had a soft top before and it went bad fast.

I purchased this over a year ago and have used it only in good weather, at most 6 months a year. The bad weather or other 6 months, I have it covered from top to bottom. Despite the care given, the canopy is just ripping without touching it or any undue strain. The rips are starting in the corners and just spreading.Aside from this problem, I reached out to the company on their website and asked if they have a canopy that heavier material and how can I rectify the problem, what are my options. The company has not responded to multiple emails. Just completely ignoring my emails. It's astounding. Part of being in business and selling products is product support and customer service. I was respectful and did not use any ad hominin attacks yet no answer, not a peep! So adding all this up, I would say although the swing isn't a bad product, I would steer clear of the company because of complete lack of customer service and support.

The color is very light. I would call it cream not beige. My picture is darker than the true color. Also one of the button covers was off and we are not able to get it back on. See the picture. We have the button cover sitting below where it is to be. I have contacted the seller to replace the cushion as we do not want to disassemble the whole thing and send back. They have not answered yet. The cushions are thin but the swing seems sturdy enough. Time will tell. It took two people 2 hours to assemble. Update, the seller did answer my email quickly. However they do not seem willing to replace the cushion and want to offer me $15. it will take a lot more than $15 to replace all 3 cushions as it would be impossible to match them with one. They told me I would have to contact the factory in China to get the cushion replaced. I do not recommend the seller.
