Happy dog and owner.
I have an 8mth old male Cockerpoo. Feeding him has been a nightmare. He's not been interested in any food I have given him. He scratched and nibbled at his skin driving him and me to distraction. I was advised to try him with duck. So I bought him duck fillets, cut them up and fried them gently in coconut oil which he loves. I also bought Burns duck sensitive food, which he eats but only when he is on walks and free running. The scratching and nibbling have stopped and his poos are solid and less smelly. So for my dog and myself this a total success story.

A Pooping Parping Machine no more!
I can't rate this food highly enough! Our 6 month Chocolate Lab was on Arden Grange Puppy/Junior Chicken and Rice, which the breeder had started the pups on and recommended, so naturally we carried on with it. However, to put it bluntly, he was a pooping, parping machine!!! As the main picker upper of poops, I had an endless task every day and envied other local dog owners whose dogs were producing 3 easy to scoop poops compared to our boy's 7 or 8 daily splats!Enough was finally enough..I turned to Amazon reviewers and came across the reviews for Burns and decided to try a small bag. I had intended to replace the Arden Grange slowly, but the improvement happened so quickly that we ended up completely replacing his food by the second day and haven't looked back since.Doggy seems to love this food (although he IS a Lab and so is enthusiastic about anything even remotely edible of course) and I love the clean air zone in the house and the normal poops.Delivery times from this company are brilliant too. Ordered a 15kg bag Thursday 22 Dec....received it Friday 23 Dec! I didn't even pay for the next day delivery. All dogs are different of course, but if you have a pooping parping pup, definitely give this a try!

Kind to sensitive tums
I've always used Burns dried dog food to feed my last 3 dogs and my present 7 year old rescue Staffy is no exception. The first three had all thrived to a grand old age but over the course of a couple of months my Staffy's faeces had got looser and looser - to a liquid consistency. Removing it in a bag was becoming a nightmare He eats total rubbish which he manages to sniff out over incredible distances with his super-canine power - seaweed, dead rabbits, birds and seals and dog poo! Yuck! And so I thought he was beyond help and continued to work on "Leave it!" training. Then my son's Collie was diagnosed with food intolerances especially wheat and had completely recovered by changing from Burns Canine Alert to Burns Pet Sensitive Complete Dry Adult and Senior Pork and Potato so I tried my dog on a half and half mix and was AMAZED at the difference. Oh the joy of being able to pick up a complete poo one-handed once again! (Still working on "Leave it" but we're getting there ...slowly)

Great for sensitive stomachs
We rescued a chocolate Labrador 5 years ago, he is now 10. Since we rescued him he has had nothing but trouble with his stomach amongst other things. After 5 years of tests, ct scans mri scans etc which has cost us a fortune because we couldn't get him insured we were recommend by vet to use other brand, we did for well over a year but he was still vomiting, upset stomach. I had read up about burns sensitive, I contacted them and they very kindly sent me some samples. He has now been on burns sensitive for about 4 month he hasn't vomited since nor upset stomach he's lost over 7lb(he needed to) as we are sticking to it rigidly, we do buy the burns sensitive treats also just a couple a day. We cannot recommend this product enough, after years of trying other brands. He is so much a happier, healthier boy. Thank you Burns.

Quite simply the best kibbles out there.
I'd been foolish enough to deviate from Burns food after my puppy grew into adulthood. She ended up on Butchers wet simply because she seemed to prefer it and scratched less, however she had ear problems and I put her back on this sensitive one. The difference is immediate, her coat is so shiny and in such amazing condition, she scratches less and her ear problems have gone. her pooh volume has dropped and her stools are firmer than ever (sorry but she has anal gland problems so this is needed) Absolutely amazing food. I'll never change again.

Great supplier, great dog food,
I have tried several types of kibble dog food on my sensitive terrier and have settled on this one as the very best to maintain her skin and coat and help with a dodgy digestive system. Even the "All natural home cooked" dog foods don't keep her in such good condition. This is an excellent price from Su-Bridge Supplies and the free delivery was an unexpected bonus. It was dispatched quickly, too.

French bulldog loves it. Rice free and good for sensitive tummies
My dog has a sensitive tummy. She can’t tolerate rice. Burns free range has 3 flavours so far. Pork, Duck or Turkey all with potato. Instead of rice they have Maize or buck wheat in. This is now the only food my French Bulldog can eat and has no issues with. It has also kept her at the correct weight and our vet is really pleased with her health. I went through a lot of different makes of food until we found this one. That agrees with our dog‘s tummy and that she also likes. Actually she can’t get enough of the stuff. Woofs her dinners down immediately lol. Highly recommend!

We have a cairn with an allergy to something - ...
We have a cairn with an allergy to something - not sure exactly what it is but it is cereals generally - which results in a flaky itchy skin and makes her prone to yeast infections. This allergy started suddenly when she was about 6, she is now nearly 12, but our other cairn has never had a problem. Avoiding all cereals turned out to be the answer and this is one of the few dry dog foods she will eat - she mainly has cartons of "Nature diet" and we give Burns as a snack rather than use it as a total food however, when we started to use it to combat her skin problems, we fed Burns alone and her skin condition improved visibly within days and the yeast infections have disappeared - ear infections were treated with antibiotics and we used Malaseb on her coat, but the main thing is that they have gone and not come back. I am unsure why Burns is not promoted more by vets - maybe they don't get any commission.
