I'm so glad I bought my mat! I've had it just over two weeks. I sleep in a nightshirt with the skin on my legs directly in contact with the mat. I have osteoarthritis in various parts of my body, especially in my back. I have been waking up with back pain every morning so bad I didn't want to get out o bed. I've been through physical therapy, tried four different medications (benefits not worth the risks), and got a new mattress. None of this helped. The second night that I slept on the mat, I woke up with no back pain in the morning. I still have back pain at times during the day, but it isn't bad. My other arthritis pain is better, too.I'm also sleeping better. I wake up feel calm and just plain good. I have a sleep tracker fitness watch, and it tells me that my percentages of deep sleep and REM sleep (dream sleep) are good.I started using the bracelet a few days ago. It has been quickly getting rid of twinges of pain in my wrist and hands. I am using it when I read and while using the laptop.I read many of the reviews before I ordered it, and there were a few negative ones. After my experience, I think that most of those reviewers don't understand that it is a GROUNDING mat, not a grounding MAT. That is, it is meant for grounding, not for padding. It is thin, but you use it on a bed!

I am amazed! Many new patterns came with it. I had trouble sleeping. Either I did not fall asleep; either I woke up every other hour. The first two weeks I did sleep very fully the whole night but with a surplus of slight drowsiness during the day. It’s been a few months now and though I feel my sleep is more normal. Not necessarily sleeping deep every night as I did when I first got it, but I do sleep much better than I did without it. Routinely I start feeling sleepy early around 8pm, that’s new! Also when I wake up I wake up fully, body and mind ready for action. That’s new! I am able to go back to sleep immediately, if I wake up in the middle of the night for the call of nature and these days It is the only reason I wake up in the middle of the night. That is new! I guess my fault for drinking too much in the evening.And there are more new patterns: I have a good stable energy during the day, every day and a new feeling of being more in control, more calm - bad news does not discourage me. There is no irritation when my plans are contradicted. When that happens I start immediately thinking about new plans.Before I had to go through a period of mourning, disapointmen, taking time to process and getting over it, etc... All around I am very happy. I stop taking supplements for energy or irritability or what not. The gymnastic of planning a good complete meal is no longer puzzling, actually I beginning to like all types of puzzles. I could go on….

Great tool for the integrative health tool box. Arthritis aches and pains are diminishing and starting to sleep more sound. My first mat arrived with a tear but the company responded quickly and sent me a whole new kit! I have since purchased a half sheet and both my husband and I are feeling small but real changing being grounded. They say time heals all but Mother Earth is definitely a winner when it comes to getting and staying healthy.

This is an amazing item. You can't afford not to buy this product. I have lost 8 pounds in less than one month due to lowering my cortisol levels I am off of pain meds for my sciatic nerve condition. I feel better and have so much more energy even at the end of the day. I can't wait to go and get my yearly check up to see how much more it has effected my body.

My Ground Smart Earthing Mat arrived quickly in the nicest case. The cord is nice and long and easily fits into the ground hole in a receptacle. I bought this item because I got stress fractures in my feet from too much walking after a 6 month period of very little walking. My feet were not improving. After I got my grounding mat I placed it under my desk and I put my bare feet on the mat while working on the computer. My feet improved right away. Within a week the swelling was gone and I could walk without a limp. I am not saying the mat was responsible for my improvement, but it sure correlated. I am very happy that I bought this grounding mat.

I have been using this Grounding Pad in my bed for a week now. I can truly say that I am sleeping better than I have been for a long time. Mysleep now is sound. I only have to get up twice a night (compared to the 3 or 4 times a night I was getting up before I started using this product).I am 79 years old and most mornings I would wake up with back ache. This too has stopped since I started using the Grounding Pad. I do not know how it works but I do know that it does work for me. Highly recommended.

This patch kit is patches only and contains no mat. But the real problem is the fact that it can't possibly ground you because the snap connector is not wired to the wire it's on! After no results for several days, I decided to check conductivity through the system. Electricity wouldn't pass from skin through the patch. Nor would it pass through the wires. Both wires were defective at the snap end. I'm so excited about the possibilities of this process that I cut the receptacle end off the wires, soldered heavier wires to that end, created a loop of bare wire at the other end of the new wire and use the sticky patches to hold the bare loop on my skin above my sore spots. Great results now! Find a reputable source for products and get grounded.

I bought this for my son, who thinks it is truly helping him with health issues. I have tried it a couple times and if you are sensitive at all, you can feel the difference when you're grounded. My son wants to give them away to family at Christmas bc it's so helpful for him. Additionally the company is classy and has good follow-up. There are a lot of pieces for the money. Recommend this to anyone with health issues, and you can also use it under your sick kitty or dog.
