Perfect consistency
I’ve used other similar named creams from the same manufacturer Bapantol, Bepanthen etc but usually they are too thick. This one has more water in it and is definitely the best one so far. It spreads easily and absorbs quickly

They sent me the Balm not the cream!
This usually a good product but this time they sent me the balm not the cream. The balm is sticky and oily. Not fit for use in on the face.

Hard to judge, no product information given.
No explanatory leaflet, all the information was on the (damaged) packet in an unknown language. Tried it out the once, nothing to commend it.

Only 6 months of shelf life left!
This is a product supposed to have 24 months of shelf life after opened. Selling this when only 6 months of shelf life left has to be flagged during sale. It even needs to reflect to the price. This is a defective product and a trickery sale, and will be reported to Amazon.
