Q: Is the day of the week in Arabic only, or can it be changed to English?

It alternates between English for the first 12 hours and Arabic for the next 12 hours

Q: How you get the light on ?

From my experience it only lights up if you have had it under bright light for awhile then go in the dark. Not like a switch but like glow in the dark paint, it charges under light but doesn't stay bright real long. Maybe lasts 15 minutes or so?

Q: Can the bands be changed? To generic, leather or silicone ones?

Yes for sure. That was the first thing I did. It’s a little trickier than other watches but doable with the right tools.
