A well-built, sturdy and mobile hose reel. Easy to put together. Reel spins smoothly and can hold a lot of hose. Perfect for tucking away the garden hose. The oversized cart’s wheels make moving it around effortlessly. This is just what I need!

The cart is painted but inside the tubes the rust flakes can be heard. The wheel axle rolls with the wheels and spins the lock nuts eventually loosening them. The hose reel’s water source hose coupler is jammed and rolls with the pipe twisting it. The hose reel bushings are plastic and will crumble and wear away. The hose thread for the male end of the reeled hose has no coupling either. You have to role out a 100 ft hose and twist the whole thing to connect it to this threaded coupling or adapter. The pushing handle has a hard time going in and fitting the cart. The quality is very bad, the hose reel has burrs and sharp metal sticking on it and will damage the hose.

Our garden hoses stayed ouside for the winter. Not only they make a huge mess but also they deteriorate under harsh weather conditions. This hose reel cart is well designed and built to last with premium steel. The wheel tires are wide and solid making it very mobile even with heavy hoses sitting on it. It took me some time to figure out the trick that the hose needs to be water filled and presurized to spin without tangling of the inlet tubing. Hope this helps if you had similar issue first using it. I'm happy with this reel cart so are the hoses. They will spend the winter indoor from now on.

I needed a hose reel to be able to handle 200 feet of garden hose. Most of the plastic ones just don’t cut it so when I found this one that has four wheels and it looks like it was built like a tank I decided I couldn’t go wrong. It was very easy to assemble. Looks very good and seems extremely well-made. The only problem I had was the slip joint was not slipping when you tried to either unroll or reel in the hose, causing the supply hose to just wrap up. I contacted the seller they immediately offered a partial refund to cover the cost of me replacing the slip joint , this is very rare in today’s market place to have this type of service. I am very pleased with this product, and I know it will last many years.

I searched for this kind of product for a long time in the market. I read lots of positive& negative reviews about this product. I was attracted to its color and configuration when I first saw it on Amazon.I gave it a try. I received the order earlier than I expected. The installation was pretty simple. But I couldn’t use the hose adapter that came with it. It didn’t fit my hose. I bought a new garden 3/4 hose adapter. I fixed this small issue. So far I only used it to store the hoses in the garage. Because it is turning cold now. This hose rolling cart is very durable and makes with a metal frame. I usually have a mess of hoses on the floor. Now the floor is very neat. I am so satisfied. I will pull it out in Spring for my lawn and see how it works at that time. I may update the review again.

It was easy to install and very simple to use. It’s much more convenient and I finally have a place to store my hose!

I bought this hose reel because it had solid wheels and good reviews. Arrived packaged well. Instructions were nothing at best. This reel has a new improved inlet, but the instructions showed a different connection so I assumed I had missing parts. They expected me to cut my own hose to connect to reel. I had to buy a flex hose and brass fittings. Like all oriental fittings, nothing is tight without Tons of Teflon tape and my pipe dope. Wheels are close together so it’s hard to roll up my hose without a foot on the wheel. But it looks nice.
