It can extend your ride about 25% more but I still think I am going to invest in a custom seat. Even with this pad I can not make a full tank ride 3/4 tank 4 hours is all I can do but that is better then 5/8 and 3 hours before I had the pad on a adventure bike now for 6k klm in South America tour I doing 1/2 to the 12k goal over 88 days so after 44 days of riding daily it's just starting to show wear it will surely make the whole trip but I will be giving it away when I am done and spend the bucks for a custom seat. And yes I have a sensitive butt and you got to work with what God gave you.i will mention it does dry quickly some seats I seen they just wip the water off with a dry rag and go on I think they are waterproof this is not

Best money I ever spent!It's like riding on a cloud now, Has made the long rides a lot easier on my old tender talbone. Very nice, especially for the $$. As good & effective as more expensive name brand. After a straight 500 miles, almost10 hours of sitting in the bike and this little guy here really deserve a 5 star! Hope I bought it before:)
