Great value for the money, works great, the picture is perfect, it sticks to anything you’d put it on. We just keep them freestanding. Super durability. We have had this kind for 4 years and have no problems.It has a light and thermometer, microphone and sound is great, night vision is good. it does motion, it records. Love the shape!

I was supposed to get two months of free monitoring with this according to the description but my paypal was charged for for July and August. I bought it the end of June. Also, it doesn't work as described. It reports falls when no one fell. I wanted to return it, but it won't come apart to fit in the original box. I'm having trouble contacting the company. They say I don't exist.

You must purchase a fall protection plan if you want to use this camera.....that sucks 😔

I purchase 3 devices, to monitor a family member that is sick, while I go to work - didn't work from day one - of all 3 only one was worked properly, the second one didn't work well and third one didn't work at all. Thinking it was the service free connection provided from manufacturer was faulty, I purchased the connection service which only one camera worked for a while - now I have 3 cameras that don't work - the service company connectivity customer service only works from Monday -Friday, I don't have a way to be at home neither on the phone waiting - I can't return the devices at this point, due to time lapsed and stuck with 3 cameras that don't work. Very disappointed.

Easy to set up and test out. I was alerted of falls right away and could communicate through the camera and see video of it. Would like other color choices but important things work right so not a big deal.

My family member is currently in home care, and I bought it for her room. Her room is decent sized, but I found a corner to see the entire room with one camera. There is some zoning on the app where it can distinguish her lying down on the bed and it won’t be detected as a fall. Pretty cool software to help limit false positive fall detection. Would recommend for any family members with seniors that need a watchful eye.

Works great. We installed the camera in my aunt's bedroom to help keep her safe while we're in the other room or at work. We tested it a few times. The app notifications worked great!! I hope we never need it but if she falls we feel better having the extra coverage. Also, my aunt likes the design. She said it doesn't look like a camera.
