Q: Would one scoop in this scooper fill cupcake papers?

That depends on your papers. They should have an ounce size on them, and allow for rising. This is a 4oz scoop.

Q: can these be used for dishing out pulled pork and what size would i get for 2/3 cup Pulled pork?

The #10 disher which is shown has an ivory handle that is .400/cup. For 2/3 cup you need a #6 disher with a white handle, which is .667/cup.

Q: Is this the size I would need to make crab balls?

I don't know how you make crab balls, but this is the size we used for snow cones at my daughter's cancer benefit. I believe it is 3oz size
