I have been using Extend BCAA drinks for many years. I have been using the Ripped and Elite for the past 2. It is hard to say if they work as some of it is always mental. However, when I use them I do notice I am not as tired while I am working our and recovery seems faster. Tropical isn't bad but the sour gummy is not good. I love sour candy but this is just too much to drink over a workout. Try the product but maybe another flavor. Unless you really love sour then go for it!

Helps with soreness. I love the taste. Been drinking this brand /flavor for 3 years now. One scoop works perfectly. On days when I have more intense workouts or heavy lifts I’ll do the 2 full scoops.

Awesome Product and a Good turn on from my son the Trainer. Only Product I'll use now. Great tasting, does the job helping me get thru my work outs and the price is right.

The flavor isn’t great (definitely not sour gummy flavor) but not awful. It does the job but I most likely won’t purchase again.

I feel more energized for my workouts and I can power through them without getting tired. I know it works because after my supply ran out, I noticed an immediate drop-off in my effectiveness at the gym. I thought it was coincidence, but after a couple of weeks of doing without it, I finally ordered more and I noticed an instant improvement again. I had more energy and my muscles felt more pumped. When I take this product, I can lift a bit more weight, and my cardio doesn't fizzle out.DISLIKES:The PRICE is a bit high, particularly for the Island Punch flavor. I initially bought Island Punch, and liked it, but then they raised the price, so I switched to the more affordable Sour Gummy flavor (which tastes much worse). I've priced out all the ingredients separately, and it's definitely possible to save a few bucks by buying the ingredients individually. It may be a hassle though.BETA-ALANINE is a little too intense (for me). This ingredient causes my hands to tingle uncomfortably, like pins and needles. Fortunately, it's a relatively small dose so I don't notice it too much while I'm actively working out. However, when I take it on non-workout days (as recommended), the tingling sensation can be really annoying. If I ever get around to buying the ingredients separately, I would cut back on the amount of Beta-alanine.FLAVOR:The FLAVOR is sweeeet! I don't like to use a lot of artificial sweeteners (I think they're unhealthful and they can trigger weight gain). I've tried both the Island Punch and the Sour Gummy flavors and they're both way too sweet; full of Sucralose and Acesulfame-Potassium. However, if you don't mind the cloying sweetness, the Island Punch flavor is actually pretty decent. The Gummy flavor is worse--stale tasting and somehow slightly bitter and chemically despite being highly sweetened.SMELL:This is a very minor point, but you might like to know that this product causes a permanent bad odor to stick to whatever water bottle you're using, if there are any plastic components to the bottle. I've got a fancy (expensive) flip-top thermos that I had been using for both my morning coffee and as my gym bottle, but it now smells permanently of sucralose-infused wet dog fur. No amount of cleaning will get rid of the smell. I can deal with the odor while I'm using it at the gym, but it's totally ruined the taste of my morning coffee. I'd recommend designating a water bottle for just this stuff, and don't try to multi-task.

Good flavor! Plus the green color keeps the kiddos out of it. I will order again, exactly what I needed to fend off muscle fatigue.

The media could not be loaded. I actually love this product and order it all the time but the last two times i ordered it it has been clumpy as if it is not stored in the correct temperature and is causing the powder to clump and have a peculiar smell. I tried to contact the seller and it says to contact Scivation directly, then when I attempt to do that is says i need to contact the seller on amazon (going around in circles). Very disappointed because this is/was my go to for BCAA's

Im not much for artificial sweetener, but this actually tastes pretty good. I got the spur gummy flavor. I havent worked out with it yet to know any results
