I always take a probiotic, but I can’t tell any difference when I take them. A friend recommended this one and I took it. I normally order a different kind from somewhere else, but I couldn’t get it in for several months due to supply chain issues. I don’t know how you tell if one probiotic is better than the other but I have no complaints about this one.

Effective, however the effectiveness resulted in a huge amount of flatulence. I struggled through 60 days thinking I could reset my microbiome, but I eventually gave up, choosing to be socially acceptable once again.
