Really useful item as I struggle a lot walking for a long time with nothing to support me so this item is really handy. Easy to transport and quite light weight. Very sturdy and easy to store as it folds us nice and compact.

Although there have been a few minor issues, the customer service received from the supplier has been excellent. The rollator is showing some signs of wear and tear after nearly a year of use, which is understandable for the amount paid and the amount of use it gets. It was bought mainly for its size and lightweight build as it folds up and fits in to most cars. The brakes also work very well. The rollator is used as a lifeline for walking around the town and it is easy to get on and off of the bus and get up and down steps. Friends and colleages have tried it out and given very good feedback.Update: Unfortunately, there was an issue with the front wheels and the rollator did not last for up to a year. When trying to replace the wheels it was near impossible to do and the bolt snapped inside of the frame, but the company resolved this issue quickly.

Lightweight, minimal assembly required, click in the back rest and position handles at required height and you’re good to go, handy strap in the basket aids in folding walker.

Easy to use and light weight. Good for most terrain and live how sturdy it is and great mobility aid to get out and about and good price for it.
