Had this power bank a year now. Used it once last camping season and again last weekend for the second time. In between seasons it remained stored with about half charge, in cool and dry location. I am happy to see it not only still functions but does so well. After fully charging (a few hrs) I was able to use it for two nights to run my cpap and to top off the inflatable mattress in the tent, in addition to charging phones and Apple Watches a couple of times. I then recharged it again at the campgrounds and used one more night for the actions already described, and it has half power remaining. I was always a hardcore camper, not relying on anything electrical or electronic during my outings, and at this point in my life comfort matters and especially considering the cpap. This power bank has been money very well spent and I hope it last a few more seasons.

The media could not be loaded. Update June 15, 2024: The company did finally respond to me. They asked me to send the unit back (to someplace in Utah). I had to pay for shipping back to them ($30 given I am in Michigan), but they did send a replacement unit back to me. I am testing the new r300 a bit more than I previously did with the first unit. I have fully charged and discharged the unit 3 times, it appears this unit is behaving as expected.Orig review:I purchased a R300 in October 2023 (it's May 2024 at the time of this review). I used the device one time to test if my CPAP machine would work as advertised. It did. I had not used it since, I am planning on going camping soon and got it out to charge up etc. The unit won't take a charge. It shows 2 or 3 bars for a short while, then jumps to 100% and stops charging (if it ever really was). I sent an email to [email protected] with description of issue, my purchase date and a video of the unit doing as I described. 2 days and radio silence, the website is not responding (nothing ever shows up), the Facebook page is gone. Sent word on Twitter. I am not having warm and fuzzy feelings that I didn't just waste my money on this product. At this point it was too good to be true. Pretty disappointment...If they respond I will update my review.

Outstanding in all respects, easy to charge, easy to use, intuitive controls, good battery capacity. I wish I had bought one of these years ago. BEST PORTABLE POWER SOLUTION EVER!I love this product so much I bought two.

I purchased this item as a back power source to power my work laptop and internet equipment for planned electrical work on my home. The unit successfully handled the internet equipment & mobile phones, however, it did not power my laptop. Had to use a different source for the laptop computer.

bought this power pack to run my CPAP. (RESMED Airsense 11). Just tried it for two nights of camping. It worked great. Ran my CPAP on fully automatic and used the humidifier so was sucking full power. Connected to the powerpack using a DC adapter. Ran great for two nights and I estimate I can get 5 nights before I have to charge. I bought the solar panels and did not get a chance to use them because it was quite cloudy and we had a campsite with a lot of tall trees. I did use the 60W solar panel before I left to charge the powerpack and it powered it up to 100% from 60% in about 4 hours. Not sure if that is typical or not but acceptable to me.

Solar generator was packaged well and arrived quickly. Purchased for my grandson's birthday. I believe he will be thrilled with both solar and AC charge capabilities and the 8 outputs. Bought at a very reasonable price.
