Be warned: Save your money!
The product didn't dissolve in water, no matter how much it was stirred. The taste is sickly sweet and I kept burping up the taste afterwards (and I only used cold tap water, nothing sparkling). I don't feel it inhibited my appetite, except for making me feel ill after drinking. I don't recommend! Very pricey for something that can't be returned or refunded.
