Excellent pan
This encouraged good even baking and therefore a great finished product. I did grease and flour the pan and that gave a nice smooth finished appearance ready for frosting. Also came with instructions which were really easy to understand - icing consistency, tube sizes images of what the tubes effects are and of course an example of a finished product. Not that everything has to be followed verbatim but it's nice to have a jump off point.

Great value
Research tips for cake prior to making. Regular cakes not sturdy enough to withstand a large mold such as this. Cake turned out super cute. Easy to clean. Very happy birthday girl.

A good cake pan
This turned out pretty cute. The indentions did not indent too much where the balls of the crown are but it still turned out cute! I just used the picture as my guide.

Great Cake Pan
This pan was great. The cake baked evenly and my little girl loved her crown cake. The paper that comes with it includes instructions on which tips to use to decorate the cake too.

Very cute
Worked great for my daughter's 1 year old birthday. Followed the directions that came with it for decorating. It was my first time decorating a cake, and it turned out pretty good. Was very happy with the way it turned out.

Tough to get cake out...
Wilton's OK stuff, but intricate shapes like this are lost without a perfect release. We followed the instructions, not once but twice and got the same result both times...parts stuck. Cake tastes the same crumbled and reassembled but oh well...you get what you pay for and the price is very low on this compared to others. By no means is this a substitute for heirloom-quality pieces made in the US by Nordicware, but may be a semi-frustrating, economical one-time substitution.

Cute Princess Crown
We bought this for our little girl's first birthday party. She had a princess party. My mom used the pan to make her cake. The cake did not stick to the pan and it made a perfect crown cake. It came with decorating ideas, but we choose to use our own ideas. I know it's a pan we will use again for different reasons!

Good purchase
Used it for my grandaughter's birthday. Baked up very good. Was a little thin and I worried about that but it worked fine.
