Scratch and Newton 6ft Chartwell Double Hutch Hugger 181x65.5x123cm

I had an issue with the stitching along the plastic front cover ripping by the middle Velcro strap after some very strong winds but an email with photos of the issue to scratch and newton and just had a call from a very helpful customer service person and a replacement is on its way to me. What a fab service. I have had 3 of these covers over the years and this is the first time that I have had an issue with them but it has been sorted very quickly. I would defiantly recommend these covers to anyone.

Bit disappointed with this cover, the material is quite thin and it’s not waterproof the rain soaks through it. It was the only cover I could find that was big enough to cover my 6ft double tier hutch. I have had to tuck the sides under the feet of the hutch to keep the cover down and wrap bungee cords over the top otherwise it turns into a parachute when it’s windy and you have the front plastic cover rolled up. It’s expensive for what you get, I wouldn’t buy another one.

good fit, we did though have to put something heavy on top of the hutch and for really windy days I put rocks at the base in the front as I have found on a couple of occasions it will blow open - but this is just on very windy days and putting weights at the top helps significantly (I think this is unavoidable with velcro straps), It is a little pricy but I would recommend for keeping the pets more comfortable

It is well designed so that it is easy to use the hutch everyday. There could be more velcro straps especially at the bottom - we have used pegs at night to give additional strength. and security.

Need a cover to keep it waterproof.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. It fits hutch perfectly and looks good, but more importantly it does what I bought it to do.

I acquired this hutch cover as I am fed up having plastic all around the hutch due to our English weather ! . It was plenty big enough & keeps my rabbits cosy & dry now

Bit flimsy and could do with more Velcro to seal down the sides,but has kept hutch dry but not sure how warm though?
