My first single cup coffee maker lasted about a year before giving up the ghost, replaced it with another one that was not good from the git go so after a week I ordered this one, hoping that it was going to be better.This is exactly what I was hoping for, no mess, quiet, excellent tasting coffee always a full hot cup.So glad I found this one, back to looking forward to that first cup early every morning. So, glad I went with this machine! Works great so far and works with every k cup I've tried. Very easy to clean so far and was 100 dollars cheaper than the one I was considering before I saw this one.I may upgrade to a more expensive machine eventually, but this thing is making trying different coffee flavors (k pods) very fun!

I ordered one and the pump didn't work and it only brewed 4 oz at a time and would turn off. I returned/replaced and received the new one 06 NOV. Within 7 days the pump broke again. I am not pleased or happy. In order to return and get a refund I have to drive over 20 minutes to an Amazon Hub location. I put in my zip and nothing available within my own zip code. Funny b/c the Big Lots 1 minute from me is an Amazon Hub location. Why can't I just bring this defective item there? Why is it necessary to inconvenience me even more? I don't have a way to brew coffee until I buy another machine. No I won't die or suffer...LOL but in order to get my refund I have to make a 40 minute round trip.

Love our k-cups and the condo we rented only had a regular coffee maker. Knew this in advance, so gave this BC a try. It was perfect!Only issue is you need to pay attention when you pour water in; it’s easy to miss and you can get some spillage.

Only lasted a couple months. I do not recommend for everyday

Had this now for months. It is holding up. The way you press on the top to close the kcup holder requires the user's care, but my husband makes his own coffee and hasn't broke it yet. Also, the plastic filter it comes in can't be filled too much and needs to be closed properly, or you will have coffee grounds in the cup.

We put this one-cup maker upstairs for that second cup of coffee in the morning, It works beautifully. The coffee is hot, and it tastes great.
