extremely sturdy, easy assembly
PRO: Very sturdy for a product weighing only 26 lbs. Generous 18" wide seat. Instructions written in clear English, not a poor translation from Chinese. Instructions include detailed photos. No tools needed. Wheels and arms slide on with threaded knobs to secure. Footrests easy on and off. CON: People under 5 ft tall may have problems with the lowest handle setting (33") and seat height (*22").

My best walk ride
The best ever made, quality durable comfort easy to put together. Great for grandparents whom may take longer time to walk to doctors offices stores, even just going out for a walk with family and friends

Yes
I’m 44 and have a movement disorder. I bought this to use at a festival at Zilker park.Pros: Came in fast, easy to assemble, sturdy, cup holder, cane holder, easy to use on hills and grass, bag is very roomy, backrest is easy to adjust by raising or lowering handles. Seat comfortable enough and the small armrest are nice. Sturdy enough for my 8 year old to stand on seat and see musicians, allowed me to walk so much faster, I was able to put food on seat and walk independently. I found it very maneuverable and I like the wheels and quality. I’ve had this condition for 13 years and this is exactly what I needed and didn’t know.Cons: my cane fell out of holder when sitting many times and the clasp eventually broke. I will just use sone Velcro in the future. I was able to push my young son on the grass fairly easy. It was very smooth on gravel of course. I didn’t find the need to be pushed on this trip but it was nice to have the option. Going down curbs very difficult and going up was slightly easier. That was my only true complaint. It is a tad heavy and big for me to pick up but I expected that and needed something heavier than the traditional rollators. I’m glad I bought this and look forward to trying it at other locations. I wouldn’t want to use it in a city like New York because of its size and weight. It would be too difficult to maneuver in subway.

High quality
This is a very high-quality item. Just know that because of it's quality, it's a bit heavier than others.

It works. Quality control isn't great.
So, I ordered one of these sometime in January. The product arrived and I assembled or according to the directions in the manual.1) The backrest was installed upside down, so when you use it in the chair mode, the logo is upside down. Not a huge deal, but definitely annoys me as it either appears to other people that I don't know what I'm doing during installation or it testifies to the poor quality control by Elenker during their testing "before leaving the factory" guarantee.2) The left side grip/armrest would just slide up and down. It would not support any weight. Which if used, could pose a threat to someone's safety, such as my father who recently suffered a stroke. While he can walk fine, if he were to use this instead of walking a far distance while being pushed in the chair mode and the. Made the mistake of using the armrest to support him while getting out of the chair, he could fall. Very dissatisfied with that oversize in the factory.I contacted Elenker through Amazon and asked for a replacement and one was quickly sent.1) The pre-installed backrest is still upside down.2) The grip handles/armrests work properly on the second unit. All in all this works and will be a convenient device, depending on your situation. I would suggest looking for higher quality products before ordering this one. Do not be encouraged as I was by their "tested before leaving the factory" promise. IF it is, they certainly do not care about the appearance or the functionality of the device. Perhaps they only test to see if the seat meets the weight requirements. Who really knows what "tested before leaving the factory" really means. I can testify to the fact that it isn't the functionality of the armrests or the installation of the backrest.Though I am dissatisfied with certain parts of this device, it does now work properly after receiving a replacement unit. With that said, and the fact that the first unit was a pain to disassemble and repackage to return, this device will stay here and be used. So, it gets a reluctant 3 stars.I'll search for another brand before buying an Elenker product again.

Easy to use
Love this, so much better than my cane & when I need to rest I have a seat. I walk with better posture using this. When I use my cane I tend to lean to one side & my beck pain gets worse.

Unsafe, DO NOT BUY
I am recovering from a broken kneecap, using this as a step between a wheelchair and a regular walker. DESIGN ISSUE, SERIUOSLY FLAWED... when sitting in this walker/transport chair with footrests, I was sitting in it taking my jacket off in the Drs office, (stopped, not moving) I leaned slightly to pull my arm out of the sleeve, and I do mean SLIGHTLY, and it FLIPPED me out of the chair face first onto the floor, hit kneecaps and shoulders, face down and the chair flipped over on top of me. I'm only 175 lbs., not pushing the weight limit. if my arms weren't in front of me to take the coat off, I probably would have hit headfirst and ended up in the emergency room. If the wheels are in front on the walker like you're backing up, its fine, if they are positioned under the walker like you were being pushed forward and stopped the chair is highly unstable and WILL FLIP over. My son got into it after watching me being thrown from the seat, and time and time again if the wheels are pointing backwards as in normal like being pushed by someone, the slightest lean forward flipped the chair. If he stopped the chair and then went backwards about six inches which moved the wheel to directly under the footrests then it was stable...but who pushes someone into a room, then rolls it back six inches to move the wheel to directly under the footrest?? It's hard to open, maneuver and you're risking your loved one health if you use this walker as transport chair. Not to mention uncomfortable to sit in... buy another product, I'm so grateful I'm not in the ICU with a head injury.
