I was looking for a product to keep me regular while traveling on vacation. Easy to use since they are gummies. Taste great and as long as you chew them thoroughly and drink water with them they work really well. Highly recommend.

I did alot of research to find a good fiber gummy and when I tried these I was done looking. They are delicious and I look forward to chewing them every day, two times a day, for a little sweet treat.

Work fine for adding extra fiber in diet and love the fact lower in sugar! Easy to digest for me, no tummy issues noticed at all.The taste is ok. Not very fruity tasting at all, in fact there is barely any taste. 4 stars due to taste is not bad, it is just not fruity.

For a guy in his mid 30’s, I eat 2 every morning and it helps with any stomach discomfort. Easy to use, I take them with my morning pills so I don’t forget because it’s noticeable when you do. Ingredients seem safe to eat. They help everything move smoothly so you don’t have to dread struggling in your bathroom so they function as they should. They actually taste pretty good and aren’t gritty so the texture was pretty good.

Flavor is OK but they are really dance and chewy. I will order them again.

These gummies really work. More fiber than Metamucil and easier to take!
