Machines are great but the seller isn't
Product was just fine. The seller not so much. Had a minor issue that could have been repaired easy by a local dealer but I needed to return a machine with that issue, they wanted me to take it to numerous different dealers that were very far away. Why because they are a competitor with my local dealer. This seller cannot fix the machines themselves. They are the manufacturer of the machine and in competition with their dealers who simply won't work on machines they didn't sell. This is just plain 'stupid' - Build them let others sell them and repair them. I paid a little more and now have excellent service.

Wish I could give it zero stars!
This is the absolute worst printer I have ever had in my 30+ year career. It constantly jams, you have to tilt your head just right to get it to print labels and envelopes. It is a total piece of junk. Flimsy, cheap plastic. If I print multi-page documents it starts to smell like dust burning on a heater. It is NOT designed for every day, heavy use. It sucks.
