The product is good, works well, and saves me from having my iPhone mini battery completely empty at the end of the day. And is cheaper than expected. The lightning looks weird, and I was confused and kind of angry at the beginning because of my ignorance of the variations of the port. But it works. And looks good.

If you don’t mind a little bulk (which I don’t), this provides quite a lot of auxiliary power and protection. This was invaluable in the aftermath of Helene when we spent days without power.

1. It squeezed inwards strongly and crushed my phone's protective film2. It caused a series of incompatibility issues whether charging or connecting to USB3. It blocked Magsafe and I couldn't use a series of Magsafe functions

I got this as a replacement battery case for my 2 year old iPhone 13 mini after the first one wore out. It is an OK product, but tends to pocket activate when I don't want it to charge especially in summer when I have it in my shorts pocket versus a jacket in cooler seasons. Also the buttons are very stiff when locking the case, using Apple Pay or turning the phone off and on. However, battery life seems decent and the case is low profile and easy to grip. Not bad for the price!

You always have a backup battery and it protects your phone. We have used this for a few years and have purchased them again when it got broken.

i used for over a month and it stopped working. in the beginnig it kept disconnecting in the car (ApplePlay) and recently does not connect. besides its capacity alows to barely 1 charge....total garbage! do not buy. i am shopping for a better one
