It truly is INSTANT
I was shocked. Thoroughly prepared to scrub. I sprayed, went to make a call, came back 10 min later, mold GONE!! I wish I’d taken photos. This stuff is amazing! I hardly sprayed any as well!

It's OK
I expected a bit more as this is advertised a heavy duty mildew cleaner. However, it does not clean any better than other cleaners. The smell is fine, not powerful. Easy to spray and wash off.

The Best
This is the best shower & tub cleaner I have found.It does have a very strong smell. I opened the windows and wore a KN95 mast plus rubber gloves.Tha tub and shower are sparkling.
