Not full half pint but better really

Not a full half pint
Treated myself to a home draught beer machine and these seemed ideal to pour the occasional half pint. When they arrived, they looked much smaller than expected, so out came the measuring jug. As suspected they are not a full half pint despite what is claimed. According to my jug they are about 8.5 fl. oz. I’m a little bit disappointed since I chose these because the reviews for other similar glasses claimed they too were smaller than a UK half pint and nearer to a US half pint. Nonetheless, they serve my general purpose.

These are smaller than the traditional British half pint, more like a U.S. half pint.8 fluid oz instead of 10.They also feel cheap and light, not like a proper half pint tankard that I have had before.Not the Great British half pint as advertised.I returned them.
