Multivitamins & Minerals by Musclelinx 120 Tablets

Be aware that there are 60 tablets but the recommended serving size is 2 tablets (or 4 if you “train hard”). So it’s barely a month’s worth.Also the vitamin content is not as high as most multivitamins. Each serving has only a couple of vits that reach 100%+ of your recommended amount, the rest are fairly low. This is fine, just better off buying a more complete brand/tablet.

These are the only multi vitamins and minerals I use. What is great about these are the tablets are small, easily absorbed and contain all the minerals and vitamins you need. Its simply a great product.

Not very high % of each vitamin but good so long as you take a few to make sure you’re getting all you need

No negatives. Only taken for about 5 days soFar so can’t really comment on how they vitamins work.

Is a quiete large to swallow but very effective in relation what this product have to offer about his vitamins and minerals.You feel completely different and with more energie and focus. Very helpful for who are at the uni so I really reccomend
