i just received the bag yesterday and i didnt got to test it.But one thing i can tell: I am really impressed by the quality and the design of this laptop bag!It has soft protective material that keeps your laptop safe, it has a lot of pocket and zippers. And also it has a nice finishing touch with attention to details. (btw i am not paid to write this review )the 17 Inch version is quite roomy

This bag looks really good and I was initially really please with it. 2 months on though the strap buckle failed resulting in my bag flying down the escalator at Marylebone station. Everything fortunately was OK in the bag but that may have been due to me keeping my laptop in a protective bag within this. Tried fixing and was working OK until the actual point where the strap attaches to the side of the bag failed. This time not so dramatic but now has been thrown in the cupboard never to be used again. Really disappointed with it.**Update**I had the company contact me about this failure of the strap and they have sent me a replacement. This is after 8 months which I find to be exceptional service. It was not what I expected when I reviewed seeing as I had left so late to review. Thank you Snugg. Awesome. :)

I’m very happy but just a little concerned with so many negative comments about the bags sturdiness. I should re visit this in 6 months but at less than a week old I could not be more delighted we’ll laid out good access and perfect for my needs. Stylish and does receive very positive comments about such a smart looking bag. I don’t know how other reviewers comment on it’s lovely smell, it’s NOT leather but plastic or the ridiculous faux leather. Please get real it’s a lovely well laid out comfortable to carry bag but it’s not hand crafted natural material, but it’s a very convincing leather look alike.I use for MacBook compact camera and various portable power supplies it copes well, loads of room and if still in one piece a year from now will be a great buy, I will try and update as my bag ages.Update changed to 1 star as other reviewers have found bag does just fall apart I’ve notified manufacturer and over 3 weeks no reply, don’t expect the warranty to be honoured is my recent experience.Absolutely no contact from supplier buyer beware as warranty is not honoured not even a response in over 2 months.

I was looking for a messenger type bag that I could use for carrying laptops and also as hand luggage on flights. It's multiple storage options made it perfect for storing chargers, mouse, laptop and all the things needed for those flights. A zipped area directly on the front of the bag and 2 side pockets either side of the outside of the bag give plenty of storage options. Solid fasteners to keep the bag closed and secure. The leather material is very durable as well as looking smart. Seriously impressed.

This is a great bag, if all you want to do is cart around laptops, kindles, phones. The design and make is gorgeous and plush.But, and for me this is the big but that stops me using this bag, its storage space is limited to thin things. Its totally useless if for instance you want to pick up a few things from the supermarket on the way home. The side pockets are way too small to hold anything useful like sunglasses or a bottle of water and the main storage area again doesnt support that, being designed to hold thin things.For just carrying electronic goods around, its lovely. For everyday use it's sadly lacking in versatlility, which is a shame as the build quality, design and feel of the bag are excellent. Its just not been designed as an everyday bag to fulfil multiple roles, hence the 3 stars

This is not at all leather as it was advertised, so very disappointing, especially as it was for a gift. Cleary states Leather PU on packaging around the bag. Well made and looks quite sturdy though.

Lovely bag and case. Excellent storage layout. Fits everything i need and more room to,spare. Comfortable and good design. Lovely feel. Highly recommend. Excellent number of pockets for all kinds of chargers and cables.Wish I had found it sooner

The bag itself is lovely - a soft but durable leather with plenty of useful pockets for all manner of things.My only gripe is with the packaging. It came in a good sized box with plenty of padding but the Amazon 'reinforced-with-string' sealing tape is only removable with the aid of the edge of a pair of scissors or a sharp knife. This obviously went through to the inside of the box & scored the plastic bag that the laptop bag was in. How the bag remained unscored is a mystery. There was nothing to protect the laptop bag from being damaged. A layer of cardboard would do the trick. Future buyers … open the box with care.

Update - 4/1/2016Snugg has sent me a 3rd. version of this bag and it looks like this time is the charm. The bag arrived in pristine condition with absolutely no flaws. No hanging threads or poorly cut material. No spots on the outside whatsoever. The soft material in the middle pockets is softer than before. The front and back pocket inner material has been made more rigid, and this is a good thing. The bag will now stand up on its own and holds its shape way better than before. It also just looks more sturdy than the last two versions I received. I have been using the bag for about 2 weeks now and am very pleased with this version. It looks like most of the manufacturing issues have been worked out. I am upgrading my review to 5 stars. And again, thank you to Snugg's customer service.Update - 3/10/2016I have to tip my hat to the customer service at Snugg. I did not ask for a replacement but they read my review and sent me a replacement for free. Unfortunately that is about all I can say. The new bag did not have the dark spots or the unfinished pockets that I had to fix in my first one, which is good. However this one came with the logo cockeyed and tearing off the material. There is also a sticky spot of glue underneath the logo. I tried to remove it and tore the material.I really like this bag design, Snugg. But until you start looking at and QCing your product before it rolls out the door you are never going to make it.I became an instant hit on the street with this bag, I kid you not. I have received more compliments on this shoulder bag than anything else I have ever purchased. Be prepared for the questions: "Where did you get that?", "Wow that must have cost a lot!", "Is that real leather?". Not only does it look good but it is functional and can carry a lot of stuff. I can fit my 14" laptop, a few books, two pars of headphones, kindle, 8" tablet, a bunch of snack bars and there is still room to boot. There are endless pockets on the inside and a few mesh ones that zipper. Whomever designed this bag gets the on-the-go gadget geek. The outside and the inside look absolutely fantastic; I love the high contrast neon red with the sophisticated leather looking outside. The price is also a major factor here, looks like way more than it costs.Why 3 stars? Glad you asked. VERY POORLY CONSTRUCTED. Mine showed up with black stains on the inside. Most of that came of with a soap and water scrub but still not perfect. The inner lining on the back pocket tore out after a month of use. Luckily I was able to sew it back in and reinforce it. I have also had to reinforce the inside Velcro strap that holds the large pocket shut with my ninja sewing skills. Yes I could have ordered a replacement but based on the other reviews I am convinced the same flaws will emerge. And what else would I do with all my free time? Why not fix something that doesn't work quite right (but should have originally).

Hallo liebe Interessenten,Ich bin Student an der Uni, und schleppe den ganzen tag x Bücher mit mir herum. Ich brauche täglich meinen Laptop, Schreibutensilien, Taschenrechner, externer Handyakku, Regenschirm, und und und. die letzten 2 Jahre hab ich an den Tagen an denen ich meinen Laptop benutzen musste (17'') immer eine hässliche zweit-Tasche benutzen müssen. Damit ist nun endlich Schluss.Das Paket kam wie immer im angegebenen Lieferzeitraum. Als es dann da war, wurde die Tasche ausgepackt, und von allen seiten bewundert. Sehr schön !!! die Farbe ist nur ganz leicht dunkler als auf dem bild, was der Tasche aber einen natürlicheren Look verleiht. Riechen tut sie allerdings widerlich. Kein Problem. 1e Nacht draußen aufgehängt, und schon ist alles in Ordnung. Also auf gehts! Schon beim Packen fällt auf: Die Tasche hat genug fächer um meine Schreibsachen/ Blöcke Bücher und so weiter in dem Hauptfach, meinen Laptop im dafür vorgesehenen Nebenfach, meine 3 Taschenrechner in beinahe dafür zugeschnittene fächer, Mein ipad in einem fach neben dem Laptop, mein Handy, meinen externen Akku, meinen Regenschirm, eine Jacke und mein Netzteil zu verstauen. und noch was: da ist immer noch platz drin, und sie sieht nicht gestopft aus. Der Tragriemen ist super einzustellen, selbst wenn man damit Fahrrad fährt, absolut kein Problem. sehr bequem und hübsch anzusehen.Ein einziges Manko hat die Tasche jedoch: die Trennwand, die das Laptopfach vom Hauptfach trennt lässt einige Fäden sichtbar. aber für jeden der schon mal Nadel und faden in der Hand hatte -> kein Problem!Alles in allem ist diese Tasche für den Preis der absolute Oberknaller. Wer schon mal nach einem äquivalent gesucht hat, der sieht häufig Preise in doppelter Höhe selbst bei Kunstleder. sie wird ständig belastet, und ist in meiner gestammten Nutzzeit nicht ein bisschen kaputt gegangen.Tolle Lösung für den kleinen Geldbeutel!!!LG Leo

So, I'm very nervous about this bag due to soooooo many reviewers stating the straps break so easily. Why did I spend $80 and buy it anyway? Because I'm dumb... Jk... Truly here is why: my boyfriend wanted a leather or faux leather light brown/tan bag for college. He already has a very sturdy canvas one with more storage and is as durable as an ox. But that's what the boy wants.... He had very difficult specs tho, and I searched for 3 days, 5 different sites and this is the only bag that met these specs: full flap over the top but must have full zipper closure on top/under flap= check. I found no other leather bags that had that zipper closure underneath. Spec 2= must be stylish not stuffy old man corporate looking=check...(this bag looks very expensive and very fashion forward). Spec 3: must have multiple storage compartments=check!.... This bag has many, but his old canvas one is designed even better for his needs. The 2 small outer pockets on this Snugg literally have no function unless u have an outdated little (very little) phone. Maybe for thumb drives they are fine tho, and things small like that. All in all this bag looks awesome.... However..., many of the reviews stated people wr basically only putting their lightweight laptops and maybe a magazine in this, and the straps either broke right away... Or within 60-90 days. My BF has 2 HEAVY text books and 2 bulky 3-ring plastic binders and of course his giant phone, pens, calculator etc he must carry. It's very heavy. So I'm very concerned.... And will be returning this instantly if the straps break. Also... The 2 little side pockets, one came w all these little black dots all over it. We are not rich people so $80 for a school bag, esp when he already has one..... Is a lot of money. So bottom line: looks GREAT.... Quality? Very very very skeptical. It wasn't one or two reviews, it was constant reviews, w people carrying a ton less weight then my BF will, the straps just break right then while your carrying it. Will update very soon to let u know how it's going. The black spots on the side pocket against a tan bag is enough in itself to just return. But that can be overlooked due to how impossible it was to find a great looking bag w all his requests. We will see. IF you do not need your flap top bag to have a zipper inside at top to seal everything in.... Don't buy this.... I found some awesome leather bags that wr around this price on some other websites by high end American designers that I would have chosen in a heartbeat over this bag due to the poor quality I am constantly hearing about. I found MOST nice high end leather or faux leather bags do NOT have that zipper protection. ALSO: I contacted the seller days ago to explain my concerns and tell them just howuch weight would go in this bag, and the reviews concern I had... And asked them if, due to the weight alone should I even purchase? I never received a response. Good luck!!!

Ce sac est magnifique,....mais, il est vendu pour un 17 pouces, et il est vraiment très juste. Mon portable se trouve très à l'étroit, il faut un peu forcer sur la fermeture éclair

initial impression: it's definitely a nice bag. only downside is the weight - heavy on the shoulders and neck.impression after 3 months: you get what you pay for (hint: not much). after 3 months of daily normal use (carrying a 15" macbook pro and papers), the following things happened:- shoulder trap broke loose from the bag- inside lining ripped, exposing the guts of the bagContinues to look nice from the outside. It's not made to last.
