There is no size adjustments on hat. I had to add lining on inside to make it fit

Q: What happens when it gets wet?

Water beads off. Just dry w/towel

Q: can you wear headphones with it on ?

It would all depend on the size of the headphones. The width of them wouldn’t matter so much it would depend on how thick they are and how much they stick out from the head while wearing them. I think it might just be uncomfortable to wear both.
