This is well made, does the job for which it's intended - which is to be mounted on a tripod. This is an inexpensive Chinese "brand" trying to establish itself in the photography field with a line of "branded" products, so, within that context, it's the best of that category.A word to avoid misunderstandings: Don't buy this if you don't already have a tripod. Some reviewers left comments like "it falls over easily and I broke my phone." Buy something else then. This does NOT come with a tripod. It screws into your own 1/4" standard tripod screw mount. If you've got on of those teeny-weenie "flex tripods," then don't put it near the edge of a table or precipice, as there's a good chance it will fall over, especially outside with the wind. If you don't use a tripod, for sure it will fall over. Again, it's made to be put on a tripod.I have several tripods and I bought this specifically to mount this on one. In that, it works just like it is supposed to. It doesn't fall over, even in wind outside. The iPhone can be easily rotated to a vertical or horizontal (or in-between) position. if you are a gorilla, and tighten the stuffings out of the screws, they will break. So don't do that and it will last.I've purchased two of them. They work great.

I use this product for using my phone hands free for video chats and online karaoke. In the picture i have it screwed onto a little 6 inch table top tripod. It has a standard thread for camera equipment. It can mount to larger tripods and selfie sticks. It is simple to use and holds the camera securely. A nice thing about it is you can see most all the phone screen to make adjustments to the camera. You can mount the phone in either direction in the clamp. GREAT PRODUCT! SIMPLE AND STURDY!

I've used countless phone holders and this is the best that I've come by. It's well made and not only fits my phone but can fit merely any sized flat screen. Can swivel to landscape or portrait mode with the turn of the knob, fast and effortless switch up. Mounts into my tripod no problem and leveled. Securely holds my phone in place with a separate knob to lock it down. Has two mounting places to fit 1/4 inch threads so I can connect two different ways. Rest assured, this is a great phone holder.

I don't often have a need to put my phone on a tripod. But I did recently, and this Neewer bracket was just the ticket. It's not fancy - or expensive - but it gets the job done. It's more secure, with a wider size range, than the cheap spring-loaded models. (Important if you have a larger phone.) Mounting is simple and secure. I'd go with something more substantial if I had to put my phone on a tripod regularly. But I don't, and this Neewer model works well for me.

Everything fits and adjusts as it should.My large phone with case clamps in from the sides. The 1/4" screw threads adapt to common tripods and The cross part has its own screw mount allowing it to be removed and used by itself and might make it a little more rigid.It looks and feels like a quality accessory.My only complaint is being made of plastic, it jiggles when touching the screen to take the shot, most of the photos are sharp enough and either technique or some way of triggering the exposure needs to be used.It's still better than hand held and useful for stationary photos. There is a metal version for 2X the price for my use this one is good enough.

Seems somewhat flimsy at first but when put to use it holds the iPhone quite rigidly. Excellent for use on tripod or other type mounting scheme. Has 2 mounting options for the tripod, 1 with the upright and the other on the clamp itself. Highly recommend this item.
