Fantastic Trainer
Quick delivery of trainer through Amazon within two days and package was un damaged.Straight out from the box I was up and running or pedalling within 5 minutes with very minimal adjustments needed. Already had a trainer skewer fitted to my wheel and also speed/cadence sensors fitted, even though I wouldn’t need the speed sensor which I just quickly removed.Used Zwift on mobile for quick spin and connected with the trainer instantly after slowly pedalling and then calibrated it using Zwift.Yes the unit itself is heavy but I’d expect this with it being a wheel on trainer and gives it stability when hitting higher speeds and cadences. I think this is about the same noise level that I had with a fluid trainer and that isn’t really an issue as I use a purpose mat for my previous trainers. Not had any issues with drop outs using Zwift and or my Garmin watch and cycling computer, the only thing is that the power readings can be over or under, I was setting myself at 200 watts of power and was hitting around 180 to 225 in readings without easing off, not sure if this is a Bluetooth connection delay but will try it using my PC will update on this.Overall I’m impressed with the Kickr Snap and it gives me everything I’d possibly need for indoor training. It’s connected within seconds of switching it on the mains, calibrated in a minute and off you go. Very impressed with the resistance when climbing up hills using Zwift but it should connect to other platforms no doubt, feels sturdy when hitting the higher power levels and surprisingly quiet. It is heavy but I don’t see an issue with that myself.Everything works and within minutes less than 5 minutes actually I was using it on Zwift. It supplied me with a skewer and a front wheel riser of which I already had fitted but that is less than a minute to install. For an amateur cyclist who enjoys indoor training this is enough for what I’d ever need. I will try it out on ROUVY and update this but I’d definitely recommend this Turbo trainer to anyone looking to get fit or just want a dry ride during winter. It does everything it says with ease.

Excellent basic smart wheel-on cycle trainer
Used for winter training when it's too wet/cold/foggy to cycle outdoors. It is quite heavy, but we're not planning on moving it now it's set up. It is a solid bit of kit and is not too noisy when in use. It's worth doing the recommended spin down before use. We're very happy with this purchase.

Just get it
Really easy to set up! I don’t think it is too noisy. Easy to set up with cycling apps. Wish I got it sooner

Good, but I just don't use it.
Solidly built. Low noise, unless you really push. Easy to set up, and quite stable once you get going. It works very well and the app is perfectly usable. However, I just don't find myself using it as much as I thought. I'm aware of the wear and tear on the tires and other parts of my bike, so I wish I had bought a dedicated exercise bike instead.

Great investment
Bought this before the black Friday sales in October for about 200 quid. Best investment ever considering the way the weather turned in November. Finally able to do an FTP test and complete structured workouts. Couldn't afford a direct drive trainer but I have no regrets with this purchase.

Excellent intro to smart trainers
It's a nice bit of kit use it with a bike with a proper trainer tyre on it and it's perfect, ignore all the nonsense from numbnuts saying you must have a wheel-off trainer this is just as accurate and does the same thing at a slight inconvenience thought probably best used with a spare bike that permanently fixed to it with a trainer tyre on.

Compatibility issues; expensive adaptors that still don’t work
This is the absolute worst bit of kit I’ve ever seen. Massive compatibility issues (considering it’s meant to be a universal trainer) and you figure them out as you go along; at each junction they sell you a ridiculously expensive additional adaptor that is meant to solve the problem only to then figure out something else still goes wrong. Do not buy

Replicates an outdoor experience very well.
Why did you choose this product over others?:It is very good and quiet. Really replicates an outdoor experience. Excellent fun when used with a training app such as Rouvy. Runs quietly and syncs with devices and monitors very easily. Packs away neatly when not in use.
