Very cool
I bought this for a child, and of course it was too big. I took it up down the middle from front to back. Sewed the ears to the sides directly over his ears....perfect!

Well made, wrong color!
I was surprised when I opened the package. The hair in this wig is not blonde, but a light brown. It is however well made, the braids are perfect and it seems to be well stitched...but it's still the wrong color! Legolas' hair was blonde--platinum blonde--and this is definitely brown.

Bad Braid
Overall, looks great on the costume. Not really quality wig but for the cost it is pretty reasonable. Only problem was one of the braids came out and we don't braid. But even with the one braid falling out it offset the costume. Seller got the wig here on time for Halloween and at a more reasonable cost then most stores. Very pleased over all.

Terrible quality, do not recommend.
This wig had pieces fall off when I opened it. There are many short hair pieces where there should be long hair. So it has tons of gaps.The braids were waaaaaay thicker than what the photo on the cover said they would be. I undid them to try and make them smaller and discovered the super short pieces everywhere.Pieces shed everywhere and it is next to impossible to make it look like the picture on the package.Overall I do not recommend.I bought this for my son to be Legolas for Reading Adventures so I decided rather than keep it for future costumes we will throw it out afterward. Last year I spent the same amount of money on a wig for a Snape costume and the quality was amazing. That was a 10, this is a 2.

Excited Little Legolas
My son loves Legolas and the whole Hobbit and LOTR Saga. He really wanted a legolas wig but i was lery because of other reviews, however he wanted it anyway saying he didn't care about the color. So i ordered it and to our suprise it is Blonde and he loves it. Did take it off until he fell asleep and i removed it. Great produce, fast shipping.

Funny looking hat. Horible wig.
Most of the negatives I read on this wig were the brownish color and that would have been a disappointment if I was trying to look like Legolas. However, I just want to look like a LOTR style elf. Most of the wig looks great. However, it's the front part that gives away it's a fake wig. The picture was Photoshopped to make it look blond and blur the front so it didn't look so bad. I saw other pictures of the same model that wasn't Photoshopped. However, I bought it anyway hoping I could work with in to make it look more natural. Unfortunately, there's no way to blend it into your scalp. The only thing you can do is cover it up with a headband, elf crown or something. Unless you're just looking for a cheap wig, save your money and look elsewhere. I guess the pulled back style just doesn't work with wigs. Now I'm stuck with this crappy wig I'll never wear.

I'll be surprised if my 10 year old keeps it on the entire trick or treat night, he had it on for 10 minutes and said it was "too itchy". Well yeah, what do you expect out of a wig??? LOL. :) It's nice though, well made. Slightly large on him, but it's better than slightly small!!! :)
