LANDEN Seiryu Stones Natural Rocks (17lbs, 3~11 inches,7-8pcs) for Aquarium, Paludarium, Terrariums, Landscaping Rocks, Aquascaping

These are beautiful. After reading horror stories about receiving pulverized dirt, small rocks, etc. I was nervous about this - I let these soak overnight and hardly any dust. The two largest rocks are on the bottom, 6 inches and at least 3 inches wide. You can see a couple of others behind the plant where little miss laid her eggs. If you are looking at these you care about your tank, and you’ve come to the right site. Thank you for the care in packing! Also, I’d order these by themselves- Amazon put my other order in the same box, nothing that could be broken but still…

Was surprised by the variety and amount you get with these rocks. These have unique color and textures and look different than the actual hand picked from a volcano Icelandic lave stone I have which is all black.

I’ve been in the aquarium hobby for almost 10 years now and this is the first time I’ve ever heard of Landen, but I wish I had sooner. I ordered the Icelandic lava rock and it arrived in a well sealed box which held up surprisingly well considering the weight. Upon opening the box I was surprised to see that every single rock was individually wrapped! Yes, you read that correctly, all 11 pieces of rock were perfectly wrapped. The assortment of sizes Landen included was also expertly selected from the small 2” pieces to the larger centerpieces. I also appreciate that they included a small pamphlet of all their rock options and relevant info such as it’s affect on water parameters, etc. This was also my first time buying Icelandic lava rock and it looks exactly like the pics. If you’re familiar with Aqua Design Amano Sansui rocks, in terms of aesthetics I would say the Icelandic lava rock is like a step below Sansui but much nicer than regular lava rock. That said, Sansui stone is also double the cost so the Landen Icelandic rock is a much better value. Overall I’m super pleased with this purchase and will absolutely buy from them again in the future.

Pricey, but you also have to realize that good-quality aquarium hardscape items are tricky to find, and rocks last forever. Good rocks for a good hardscape is worth the purchase. The box came with a large round stone, two medium stones, and two small round stones. Excellent for a minimalist 20 gallon long, or a fully-scaped 10 gallon tank. The quality of the rocks are amazing, and the purchase was worth it. These are not the type of rocks I'd find in my backyard. If I have time, I'll post a picture of my aquascape once I've actually redone my tank.

The media could not be loaded. Color - tanish and mostly the same color.Size - Perfect! Multiple sizes and one or two just rightLooks - Cannot explain the beauty. They shimmer in the light. Almost like they’re glittery at angles.I was wondering why these rocks were the most expensive compared to the other products they offered. I’m not regretting my purchase. If you needed any validation, these rocks make me want to steal rocks out of mountainous state parks! lolI have learned that’s illegal so I won’t but dang it these rocks are worth every penny! The size and assortment were perfect but the color for red lava rock was more black than red after scrubbing and soaking. The problem being, I bought these to contrast a black background after seeing the same color advertised also being shown in another reviewers photos. Mine look nothing like that. The only one that looks more red than black is the largest stone, so at least there is that.

I was hoping for some large pieces and Landen company did it right! Many large pieces and beautiful markings! I can’t wait to put them in my 10 gallon aquarium. They were wrapped in paper with foam in between and nothing was broken! Better value than from a pet store!
