Solving a minor problem with a major solution.
The only problem I had with this laser, is it was missing the warning label that is required by law. I figured it cost less than a dime, but I couldn't find one. I talked to the customer service people and once they understood the problem (which shouldn't have been a problem to begin because it's required) they gave me a whole new laser. They went beyond my expectations in solving it.

Small unit, perfect for my needs
Nice small unit. Fit my subcompact XD9 perfectly. Very visible in daylight, more so than red.

Everything works as it should but as of right now I can not get it tight on my shadow system cr920x does not fall off but has a lot play side to side

Review update
well it worked untill it didn't, today is 3/19/25 bought it 10/15/25. What is that 5 months. I loved the way it charged, has this magnet charging device, after sighting it in it worked perfectly. Untill it didn't. Battery wouldn't charge.All though the laser lasted 5 months the seller refunded the total price. I changed my review to 5 stars because of this. Very reputable seller. We can count on them.

Unacceptable
This product is unusable I didnât know it was on when I turned it on for the 1st time. I took some photos of the blue laser I purchased at full charge and another green laser I purchased from elsewhere. As you can see you canât see, perhaps this 1 is defective but I will be returning.

The on/off switch is wonky
Some time it turns on and off, sometimes it doesnât. Not very reliable.

Powerful laser but the Alan Wrenches that come with the product easily strip.
