Mfg. Seems quite good. Wife loves white color. Easy to install with the right opening. I had to enlarge the opening. I did not know it was coming from England and of course the mayflower is quite slow. Recommend

How white is magnolia?
Bought this to replace an existing letterbox in a double glazed door. Note that it did not come with instructions or a template - if you think you'll need them. Retrofitting it to an existing hole that was not cut to size was probably not the best use of this item and the supplied screws didn't seem long enough for the job, in fact I couldn't get one of them to meet. My main reason for only two stars and not three is shown in the pictures. The surround is described as white - someone has a very broad colour chart, luckily the wife doesn't appear to have noticed!! On the plus side, it wasn't that expensive.

Non white surround
Letterbox arrived within the dates given. On unwrapping, the surround is cream, not white. I kept it as inside walls cream so toned, but definate clash with my white door. Would have sent back if I didn't urgently need to replace existing letterbox.

Don't buy this, the supplied screws don't fit, either too short or too long, that is if you can screw them in to start with, as they don't want to fit into the plastic.I have had to drill the plastic, and try to fit other screws. you do get what you pay for,
