The glasses came packaged, not as shown in the photos, but with styrofoam protective inserts top and bottom in the shipping box - each photo made it look like it had a presentation box. The glasses were dirty and had to be washed before being gifted. Glass quality acceptable - etching acceptable. Not impressed considering the price per glass.

I'm so glad the manufacturer wrapped each custom glass thoroughly with bubble wrap! The exterior box was a good quality box and clearly marked with a red "FRAGILE, GLASS" sticker, but when I saw it sitting on my porch, it looked like the box had been used for soccer practice. It was dented and crushed, but fortunately, all the glasses were in great shape. The glasses are a very nice thickness, sturdy and comfortable to hold. The etched design was exactly to specifications. Overall, this is a unique and fun item. I bought these for myself, but they could easily be a very nice present.

I really like the glasses. The wording / customization is nicely done but not obtrusive. Good size glasses and sturdy enough, not bulky and heavy. I like sticking them in the freezer and enjoying a cold glass of Pilsner. The Coasters that came with them are nicely done also. I priced similar glasses at another store, customized with my name, and they wanted $60.00 per glass! OMG, these are such a good value, hold my beer, and look great. I'll spend the money I saved on a few cases of my favorite brand. I received them very quickly, they actually shipped earlier than I expected.

These customized beer glasses are nice quality. The glass is a little on the thin side and the bottom could also be a little thicker to keep the beer cold longer but the etching is nice and we will use these pretty much every day.

My brother loved these personalized glasses! He uses them for all entertaining!! Glad I made the purchase!!

personalized pilsners were a great gift for a home brewer. pretty pricey but great looking.
