Dell TactX Alienware Gaming Headset

To be honest, I like it. It looks cool, is really comfortable and works as expected. I have to make a few modifications in the "Enchancements" section of Playback Devices to make it sound good with music, but other than that it's alright.The thing I don't like about it is that it is a re-brand of the SteelSeries 5H V2. Which is a shame, really, as you'd expect it to be Alienware-quality as opposed to SteelSereis-quality.

really comfy for long periods of gaming but there seems to be some issue with the mic friends say it's quiet but seems ok on my end and i have checked ALL avenues. Other than that its got great sound quality and I have used it for music as backup when my main headset has died.

My boyfriend absolutely loves AlienWare products and he'd recently ran over his headphones with his office chair. So I thought it would be nice to replace them for him. He says that they are lovely, comfy and you get good quality sound.My only criticism is they took 2weeks to get to me which I wasn't pleased about.

This headset is pretty much a rebranded Steelseries 5HV2. Mine unfortunately has an annoying rattle in the right ear cup (i'm now returning them!).Pros:*VERY comfortable*Lightweight*Tough braided cables*Detachable extension cable*Mic can be tucked away when not in useCons:*Overall Poor/cheap build quality... Not something you expect from Alienware*The sound is very tinny with virtually no bass at all!*Not very loud (even with my Xonar DG with built-in headphone amp!)*The right ear cup on mine constantly crackles and rattles!

Epic for gaming, not so much for music or films. It basically enhances the gun shot noises and footsteps in a game

this is so worth the money and this headset is amazing and i am so happy i got it. :)

This was my first PC gaming so I was unsure of what to expect, but there was some irritating background buzzing, that was unbearable so that was disappointing, also the headset seemed really flimsy and felt like it was made out of cheap plastic, would not recommend, but for £30 it's a good deal.

Found myself an absolute bargain with this gaming headset. Son has Alienware gaming computer as was made up when I bought these for his birthday. He thought I had paid megabucks for them. What a fantastic find. Thanks.
